Easy, enjoyable user experience. Features are all well done and easy to learn how to use it. A lot of unique features as well.

Wish there were more customization options when it came to emails and notifications.

What do you like best about the product?
Good set of features, very easy to use; employees love the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
No accounting system integrations, but do let us download in custom formats so we can upload it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate our HR administration and benefits, and give employees a good self-service platform to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it; your team will enjoy it. Comes with some unique benefits as well such as employee perks, telemedicine and mental health support.
All your work related data in your phone

I can check-in the office through the app

Sometimes it logs off automatically. Quite annoying when you want to check in the office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insurance information, colleague birthdates, numbers of hours worked, all in one app.
