Efficient Content Management with Room for Pricing Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I find Hootsuite great for time management as it allows me to create content for multiple brands simultaneously without needing to log into each account individually. It's easy to navigate, and the AI assistance tools are quite helpful. I also appreciate the data information regarding metrics and other useful features for our management. These tools are useful because they enable me to see more individually into accounts, which is especially helpful when managing multiple accounts. It allows me to view everything on a larger scale and aids in the creation of social media posts. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a little bit on the higher side. I do appreciate that they allowed more accounts under the price point that I'm currently paying. But for smaller agencies that manage multiple social media accounts but are not large scale agencies, it can get a little bit pricey, and it's something to consider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps manage time, allowing me to create content for multiple brands simultaneously without logging into each account. It provides AI tools and data insights for better management, letting me see more into accounts and aiding in social media post creation.

Innovative Tool with Some Analytics Challenges

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Hootsuite is continuously trying to innovate and keep coming up with the next thing. Their customer service is really top-notch, and I appreciate how they listen to clients. I also think Hootsuite is fairly easy to use, which is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI for the analytics and some of the reporting doesn't make much sense. It could be heavily improved. The dashboards are a bit over complicated and dated. The analytics or the anticipated reporting that a client might want to pull out is not as great as it should be. I wish the reporting was shareable to other stakeholders without needing a license. Also, it's not easy to navigate and pull together a really strong starting point for different types of dashboards. Lastly, I believe the cost is steep in comparison to competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps manage high-value direct messages and community management with limited resources. Its features like AI chat bot knowledge base and CSAT allow us to handle enterprise-level volumes efficiently, making it really helpful for a small team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can interact with your team about the post, reject it if it's not up to par, and leave comments if you just want to check something. The reporting feature is also great! I also like how Hootsuite recommends the best time to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had Sprout Social before Hootsuite, and I don't like how Hootsuite gives you a tiny window in the corner to view a post. Sprout let the post take up the entire screen. Can you do the same? I also don't like that I have to type in my email every time I log in, which is every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a team of three for our approval process. I’m the final approver, and it’s helpful to have another team member review the post before it comes to me.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is intuitive, and it makes it easy for me to share my comments and suggestions. Hootsuite is much easier to use than my previous provider, and it also has a sleeker, more modern look.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to view all of the images in a carousel post. I have to either squint to see the images, usually for LinkedIn and Facebook posts, which makes it difficult to ensure the information is correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has made it easier for me to approve social media posts and to analyze what is working and isn't working, in terms of social media analytics.

Simplifies Social Media Management with Ease

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite is very easy to use and it has a great calendar of holidays. The tools that help me modify and customize my posts without leaving the drafting page are very useful. I'm able to post multiple versions of a social media post across various platforms at the same time, which saves me many hours of work per year. I also like being able to schedule my posts in advance. It simplifies my work by allowing me to create different versions of a post for various platforms without switching tabs or applications. It even suggests popular hashtags and helps make posts concise for platforms with limited character counts. The initial setup was pretty simple, only requiring me to sign into my socials and approve permissions. Overall, I find these features really valuable for managing social media for my nonprofit foundation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platforms become disconnected without warning and setup on some platforms like Bluesky can be a little wonky. In the event of downtime for one of the platforms it manages, it doesn't let me know outright that it can't connect because the platform is having an issue. As an example, if Facebook is down, it would be nice for Hootsuite to let me know that it can't connect because Facebook is having an outage. I've seen it do that on occasion, but it is inconsistent. I typically use Canva to draft posts, but I haven't found the integration to be very intuitive with Hootsuite, so those platforms live individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to manage multiple social media platforms, posting varied content simultaneously. It saves me hours of work and offers easy customization of posts. Scheduling in advance and an intuitive holiday calendar enhance the experience, without switching between tabs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to post across different social media platforms easily, and also the option to view on a calendar or on a stream. It's just really user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything right now, but I know that I do not take advantage of all it has to offer, and I should take advantage of the opportunity to learn more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obviously, Hootsuite helps me to schedule social media across multiple platforms. Scheduling posts is a feature that I don't think I could do without!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the analytics feature since I work in an analytics role, and it makes it much easier to track performance, measure engagement, and generate insights across campaigns. The dashboards are intuitive and help me quickly identify trends and optimize strategies. It’s a valuable tool for data-driven decision-making and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are some files on the SFTP server that i'm using that needs to be refined like the campaign name instead of the campaign ID name this will help a lot in building visualization on reporting platforms like powerbi

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Hootsuite is to use. You're able to just pick it up, and it requires minimal training, which is great. I can trust it to schedule content to go out the same day or even in six months. It's very straightforward and to the point, allowing me to set things up and then just forget about them. I trust Hootsuite to handle my content scheduling reliably.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't tend to use the analytics because they can be a bit up and down. It doesn't offer a lot of reasons why you should change things or how you can change things. It doesn't really look at your content; it just kinda does general stuff. Also, Hootsuite can't post to LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite ensures our content is posted at the right time on multiple social media platforms, keeping it consistent across them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use Hootsuite. It's pretty simple to set up and I can schedule posts effectively by having my calendar and publishing tools integrated. I also appreciate that it can post automatically once I add a draft.
What do you dislike about the product?
On pricing, to be honest, I think there should be a lower-priced option just to try it out. I know that might already exist, but I’d be happier if it were easier to find and more clearly visible.
