What do you like best about the product?
The setup process for devices was very straightforward and self explanatory. I believe anyone that has basic computer knowledge could do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a couple small hiccups with the system not connecting to devices that are online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing many android based devices remotly.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, able to quickly setup and provision any number of units in miniumal time. Continued support and all the features which are comparable to other MDM's and Esper tends to do it better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some provisioning template items would be better managed if they were able to be changed mid-stream, rather than having to unprovision and re-provision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that device security and compliance is in place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the onboarding process and the kiosk lockdown on devices
What do you dislike about the product?
Blueprints need more options, for example, the API can stop and allow devices to be shut down, but the blueprints can't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to sideload and manage our own applications easier than the app stores.
It also allows us to lockdown the devices to just our applications.

    Hospital & Health Care

A fast, easy tool for provisioning Android devices -- lots of features and free up to 100 devices

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Esper by far was how easy it was to begin using. In under 2 hours I had found Esper, signed up, read the docs, had our first templates made and devices provisioned. We've done some tweaking since, but at it's core what we started with on day one is still working great. Quick signup/setup, and free for up to 100 devices? Yes please!
What do you dislike about the product?
At present so far as I can tell it is available to manage Android devices only. We also have iOS devices in the company that I would like to manage in the same place, and even some Windows-based PCs, which I would love to provision and lock down. The addition of cross-platform functionality is the biggest thing missing from Esper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Esper, we had to manually configure each android tablet, add a 'dummy' gmail account to download critical apps from the play store, rearrange the home screen, and approve all updates. Each tablet took around 30 minutes of focused effort and about 1.5 hours total to setup. With Esper, the initial setup work takes under 5 minutes, the tablets can be left to configure and update themselves, and once finished take another 5 minutes of final clean-up before they're ready to hand out. This has saved us DAYS of work time, and improved both safety and reliability.

What do you like best about the product?
KIOSK Mode is the best thing. Also in KIOSK mode, they are providing the compliance policy i believe that is the best things platform is providing which give us a good control.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Multi-Application mode they should provide control over the profile creation with my best knowledge i didnt find that anywhere other wise user can create a new profile on phone and access things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KIOSK mode which we are looking for our product.

Fast clean and effective

What do you like best about the product?
Does what I want it to without having all the complexity and plain bloat of other MDM platforms. I like having the API for does periodic reporting, and in the future I see integrating with it to automate tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of small annoyances. Alias name being truncated on the device list is highly annoying, especially with multiple devices with the same basename. Tasks are lacking some visibility. I understand as they are asynchronous to the web interface, but it would be nice to list pending tasks for a device. The event feed sort of shows this, but you really have no idea if there is a queued task for an offline device or the like. The map on the dashboard needs the pins to be labeled. And I have not checked in a while, but I think the API does not allow accessing location data? There are randomly failed tasks from device provisioning to application deployment. We just try it again and it works. But, it does make updating our application across all devices a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an MDM tool mainly for our delivery tablets. It locks the tablet down, provides a way to push our app out, and provides reporting for the tablet. We deployed our tablets and Esper at the same time.
