What do you dislike about the product?
Distribution architechor not supported. So we cant use this protection to low bandwith environment because ecah and individual clients geting updates directly from internet. if we have a option to setup an update server on prem, it will be help to save the band with because countries like sri lanka have to invest alot about bandwidth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like i mentioned earlier, we can satisfy the security mesures of our network as well as computer because this is patching the vulnerabilities and make the environment safe.

Great solution
What do you like best about the product?
what I appreciate most is that it doesn’t try to do too much. Unlike some other tools that spread themselves thin, Automox focuses on what it does best—patch management. It’s simple, effective, and keeps endpoints secure without unnecessary complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The script library feels a bit limited for my needs, though that’s likely due to my specific use cases. While there are useful pre-built options, I’ve found myself needing more than what’s readily available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Automox, our previous solution was unreliable—patching was hit or miss, and the UI was awful to navigate.
Best Patch management Software for windows and 3rd party application
What do you like best about the product?
The solution is delivered with fully SAAS, so we do not need any on prem resources to manage the relevant agents
What do you dislike about the product?
As this is a cloud solution there can be unavailability's and also the cost is high for a cloud solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can check the missing vulnerabilities and we can avoid that via deploying the patches
It does most things well, it still need some things polished.
What do you like best about the product?
I use it all the time to look up devices by IP and see who is logged into it, this tells me who's PC it is. I like the 3rd party patching, it works great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the restart messages. The user thinks they can ignore it and then restart via window on their time and it will count and to Automox, it's not counted as a restart unless initiated by Automox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does 3rd party patching great. This is the only patching we are currently using it for.
Remote Patching
What do you like best about the product?
Remote patching for the remote users. Easy deployement. User friendly Interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enforced policies are still available even after agent uninstallation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use for remote user patching.
Cloud-native endpoint and patch management solution
What do you like best about the product?
Most like feature is Automox can deploy fully cloud base centralized platform without any on-prem infrastructure and the policy-driven automation feature that support to create patching and compliance policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited support coverage for third-party applications. It required manual scripting or separate patching workflow for most third-party applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automox support to upgrade patches automatically via workflow and Realtime vulnerability remediation.
Secure and manage your remote workforce
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily update and monitor a large remote workforce and automate day to day activities to keep those devices in compliance with company policies. This will also aid in keeping those devices secure from vulnerabilities and software issues related to Windows and third-party applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of on-premises delivery optimization features. While Automox can easily patch devices through the internet, there are no local caching abilities for LAN devices to save bandwidth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to keep a large workforce of remote devices up to date and patched
Site is very secure
What do you like best about the product?
The site is built with the latest in web stack technologies and is very secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing in particular. It offers a 326% return on investment, which is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
quickly and efficiently implementing software patches to keep systems safe and secure.
Very effective remote management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to reach out to computers that are not onsite and install software, apply patches and anything else you need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to spend time to figure it out, but that can be said of most anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can reach out to remote machines that group policy doesn't.
Automox: MSSP Vulnerability Management
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Automox as part of our organization’s MSSP services, and it’s become a key component of our vulnerability management offering. What stands out most is how straightforward and user friendly the platform is getting it up and running was a breeze. The product is always improving, with regular updates that show the team is serious about keeping it up to date and responsive to needs.
The support team is great to respond and really helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. The leadership team deserves a shoutout for how well they listen to their customers. They value feedback and are committed to making Automox better. For anyone looking for a reliable, evolving tool to tackle patch/vulnerability management, Automox is a solid choice.

What do you dislike about the product?
One area where Automox could improve is in reporting making it a bit more robust would really enhance the experience, especially for those of us digging into the details for MSSP work. Additionally, improving how third party application versions are displayed would make it easier for engineers to search for software deployed across their tenant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automox solves the hassle of patch management and vulnerability tracking by automating updates across all our devices. As an MSSP, it saves us time, ensures consistency, and lets us focus on client value instead of manual fixes or bloated product.
