Very versatile for more than just project tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I initially used this for just personal and team project tracking and collaboration. Has enough features and options for our needs. We later expanded usage to create project request forms and automated task assignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
For personal project tracking, I found Asana's project heirarchy structure didn't match how our projects are shared and laided out. Because I didn't have to time to customize any further, I just adapted enough so that udpated information is at least shared through Asana to the rest of the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifies updates/collaboration across teammates.
