What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana as a Work Management Platform to map out our day-to-day tasks into larger projects and broader team portfolios. It solves the problem of scattered communication and lack of accountability by centralizing everything, eliminating confusion, and making it clear who owns each task and how it connects to the broader project timeline. I love the highly visual and intuitive user interface, and being able to switch between List, Kanban Board, and Timeline views makes tracking project progress incredibly simple. It feels modern and clean, which helps with quick team adoption. It's so easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can have a steep learning curve for new users due to the extensive features.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Asana extremely user-friendly, which makes it accessible for all. Its features are compatible with many platforms, and it's not too heavy, which makes it easy on the eyes and easy to learn. The initial setup was so easy too. I consider Asana the 'gold standard' in project management tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't learned too much yet but I'd like to see a timeline of all projects regardless of who is working on what in one timeline or type view. I would be the project manager for multiple teams and would like to see all our work in one place and for each other to see all work in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for streamlining workflows and providing visibility to multiple teams.

Effortless Task Management with Customizable Integrations
Reviewed on Jul 06, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Asana makes it easy to keep track of all tasks and dependencies, especially knowing who's assigned to what. The task dependencies feature is particularly useful because it simplifies setting up project workflows where specific tasks need to be completed before moving on. This makes sure users aren't left guessing about when to start their part of a project. Also, the initial setup of Asana was pretty straightforward for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI integrations could always be better. I don't want to rely on built-in AI features, I need more flexibility to connect and use external AI tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to keep track of all tasks and dependencies, so users know when it's their time to work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana's usability and AI integration, which made it easy for me to transition people from Google Docs to Asana. It's pretty simple and user-friendly, so even those who were nervous found it manageable. The AI integration helps with many questions and provides suggestions on what to do or add. I also appreciated Asana Academy, which made the setup process very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having an option to remove the project or portfolios I've viewed from the work dropdown. It just makes it feel cluttered, and newer users get confused as they are exploring other people's work in our agency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps my team organize projects, plan backwards, show workstreams, and manage loads.
