Reliable, easy and good connection

What do you like best about the product?
Reliable and easy. Only a few steps to join a meeting
What do you dislike about the product?
When an invite is coppied and then pasted it does not keep the active link when in an email. I have to make a word document first then it is active and I can copy and paste one more time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Withb people that are hard to understand it is easier to communicate because I can see their lips. also when in groups I can figure out who is speaking. Yes

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Zoom for about three years now and have always been satisfied with the ease of use, regardless of the device I'm using. Whether I'm on my computer, phone or tablet, it's easy to join a meeting and see everyone in the chat. I've also been very happy with the ability to bring people together on short notice - whether I'm organizing a meeting for a client or want to catch up with friends, Zoom makes it easy to get everyone together without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't have a phone solution comparable to Dialpad.com that has been developed or can be used on a trial basis
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being to have the next best thing to in-person meetings. The benefit comes in that I'm having an opportunity to deepen my relationships with my clients

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to log in for the members of the club. It has features like screen sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we all get on they sometimes all talk at once and you can't hear everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For those out of town or unable to attend the meetings they can join in.

Zoom is FAR easier for Diverse Attendees than Teams

What do you like best about the product?
Biggest issue in conducting video conference calls, especially with invitees from diverse backgrounds and outside a company is their possible lack of experience with the platform. Other platforms, like Teams, set up hurdles for newcomers or non-regular users difficult to overcome. This leads to delayed meetings and frustration leading to non-attendance!

Zoom solves that. Zero hassle to join a meeting.

What do you dislike about the product?
Two sided coin: it is loaded with features, which is generally good...but which can make it complex for host users.

There may BE a Quick Start guide - I can't recall. If not, perhaps that can help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to cut across time zones and countries. Brings customers in touch w international clients.

Excellent Video Call Software that Has Adapted Well

What do you like best about the product?
Since we are all getting our video call experience in these days, Zoom has held up well incorporating new, useful features like polling and easy screen share.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I go to "leave meeting", sometimes I click "end meeting for all" and shut everyone down :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to commute all over the county for meetings wasting my valuable time and fuel.

Zoom makes Virtual Connections Quick and Easy

What do you like best about the product?
The Simplicity of the software is easy to learn and use for both host and users. The pricing is economical and you can have greater saving purchasing an anual plan and even add-on features when necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if I could add users/other hosts who didn't have a paid plan for themselves, as some of my team members need to host sessions at times but they have to get a paid version to be invited to host with me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that is being solved is that I don't have to be in a physical location with the people I am servicing, Zoom allows me to to save on cost, and time and extends my reach to places that would not be a possibility because of cost and time.

What do you like best about the product?
That I have a secure, reliable connection. And, honestly, the whiteboard is very important to how I do business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no real complaints. My only challenges are the typical challenges that come with technology - like weather influences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to have an exclusively virtual business, in the healthcare industry.

What do you like best about the product?
For the average meeting without any bells and whistles, it is fairly simple to use and people are familiar enough with it that they expect it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is the main platform I have been working on as a Spanish language interpreter. Tech support usually doesn't know how to handle it so we are on our own to troubleshoot. Some bothersome issues for end users:
-It is still confusing for end users not accustomed to interpretation when the feature gets enabled and the people who don´t need interpretation still experience, at times, loss of sound until they pick a channel. It has been time-consuming to educate clients, who are oftentimes not tech-savvy in handling issues like that. Once I am assigned as an interpreter, I don´t have an option to go to a main audio floor to be heard by everyone and make announcements. Yes, we can attribute that to user error, but we cannot blame everything on end users. I wish Zoom would run numbers to see how many people are relying on their interpretation feature to conduct multilingual meetings
-Incredibly, almost 3 years into the pandemic interpreters cannot hear each other when working in the same language. I know you have enabled a relay option but that takes so many steps, it is not practical when working as a team and we need to be switching back and forth.
-There should be a way to know how many people are listening to the interpretation channels. At the very least, the host should be able to see that.
-The chime every time a person enters a meeting should be by default silent and the user should choose to enable it and not the other way around. It gets painful for those of us who need to wear headsets to hear the chime all the time and we are not the host so we have no control over it.
-I wish there was a way for the sound quality to be better, I know a lot depends on the end user's system, but music still sounds awful even having audio engineer quality headsets.
-I wish there was an option to perhaps open chat in another window. For non-verbal people, chat is an essential tool to communicate. In meetings with a very active chat, it is hard to scroll up to review what was said.
-Breakout rooms should have interpretation available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing for meetings to be conducted remotely so we don´t have to sit in traffic. Offering the interpretation feature has multiplied the opportunities for work.

Indispensable business tool

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a robust video meeting tool. I have been using it for my coaching business since 2017, and I couldn't do my work without it. Along with an easy way for my clients to share their screens with me, they can record our sessions to their own computer, meaning I no longer need to record and send them a copy. Also, I LOVE being able to annotate their screens when sharing. It has made a BIG difference in my ability to effectively walk my clients through various actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I started using it professionally, there have been many updates and upgrades to the zoom experience, so my list of dislikes gets smaller all the time. I would like to be able to annotate on a phone or tablet screen but that is not an available feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to walk my clients through different actions while on their OWN computers and with their own accounts is HUGE for me. Zoom allows my clients to get hands-on practice while I am able to watch their actions and guide them through it all.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easily accessible by everyone with either a cell phone, tablet or computer. I have always had perfect picture and sound. Closed captions are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the closed captions are not accurate and I work with a lot of deaf and hard-of-hearing persons. I don't know how this would be improved except by increasing the grammar and accent capabilities of the app used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I teach music to children in schools throughout the state of Florida through zoom. This is an income for me and saves money, time and wear and tear on the car. It also makes music classes available to students with special learning needs. They would not get these valuable lessons otherwise.
