What do you like best about the product?

It's efficient in getting Zoom chats and collaboration done. Effective and clear to understand where chats are, phone options, and different tabs.
Boy does it sometimes completely lock up and just sit there, or completely crash though. Good ol' zoom being its normal self I guess.

What do you dislike about the product?

Crashes, and the gifs disappearing. No longer being able to easily insert photos into conversations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Able to easily onboard users with a single login for communication services, chat, video, phone, and remote desktop.

What do you like best about the product?

It has good sound quality. The AI feature also really helps when it comes to capturing and transmitting the minute details of meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?

I’m kind of bothered by the panel button when I’m sharing my screen. The default placement sometimes covers an important part of what I’m presenting, and when I try to move it out of the way, it can be a bit difficult to reposition.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It really helps our team communicate easily in remote and hybrid situations, and it’s been our top pick for handling this obstacle.

It offers multi-screen sharing, copy-and-paste control during a meeting, and a multi-host option.

I think the bandwidth consumption is high, and the app size is also quite large.

I dislike occasional audio glitches and the app using a lot of bandwidth.

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of remote teams struggling to communicate and collaborate. It benefits me by letting my team meet face-to-face from anywhere, share screens and edit documents together in the meeting window, chat instantly, and work efficiently without travel time or costs.

The live transcript during calls is extremely useful.

What do you dislike about the product?

It’s frustrating that I can’t keep it on top, like the Teams window during a call or meeting. When I minimize it, it doesn’t stay visible the way I need.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The task follow-up—and even creating tasks based on call analysis done by the integrated AI Companion—is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?

What I find most helpful is the integration with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar, along with the AI assistance and the different types of after-meeting summaries that can be customized to my needs. I also like that I can export those summaries as documents and share them with my contacts.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don’t find it as counterintuitive, at least for me and older generation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I still need to take additional notes somewhere else, and I also have to spend time finding open meeting slots for cross-team scheduling.

It makes it easier for me to communicate with my coworkers, and it helps keep our conversations clear, organized, and easy to follow.

I don’t really like the UI of the chat interface; it just doesn’t feel very intuitive to me.

It helps me stay in touch with peers from different countries.

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how seamless it makes communication feel when working with a team across states. The ease of joining meetings doesn't feel complicated or time-consuming. I also value the video meeting and screen sharing features, as well as the chat feature during meetings and the ability to record meetings. The initial setup was easy and great.

The chat organization could be better in larger meetings.

I use Zoom Workplace to bridge communication gaps and ease collaboration. It benefits me with flexibility in having internal meetings, training sessions, and onboarding seamlessly.
