Super power zoom
What do you like best about the product?
I like below points in zoom workplace
1. It is easy to chat with others also we can find their staus like whether they are online, offline or away or out of office.
2. If multiple people join the call also there is no performance issue.
3. We have chat options in the zoom work place, also we can express our reactions such as appriactions, love or excellent or good work by using symbols.
4. I like Recording option it will very helpful for future reference.
5. Recently also "AI Companion" option was introduced. If we enable this option after completed meeting it will give full meeting of summary by sending email.
6. All Meetings information will display in the seperate tab also popup will display for each and every meeting.
7. Having a integration option with other tools like Microftsot teams
8. Having good customer support for this zoom
9. We can download this app and every one can use easily.
10. 365 days we can use this app.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike following points in the Zoom workplace
1 . Some times confused with multiple features for new users.
2 . When i login and check the status some times intially staus it shows online but quickly the status will change to offline. when i saw first i can assume user is in online but within seconds status will change to offline.
3. In Zoom Recording option if we select the option "Record to the colud"
4. The recording will come in the email but if we don't download or not save that record it will automatically deleted.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: Before introduction of "AI Companion" if any meeting happend in our compnay we had to write summay "MOM" manually and should send it to everyone. It is time consuming.
But now if we enables "AI Companion" after meeting ends it will send summary via email so i can just verify and send to everyone which saves lot of time and benefited for me.

Call and Video Quality, Share functions and Few fun elements

I am facing few issues related to the audio connection

I work in a Remote setup and zoom is all we use for our meetings, activities etc. It's very reliable and user friendly and with the new features being added often, there has been lot of improvements in the overall user experience
