Easy to Use, Reliable Video Quality with Zoom Workplace

EASE OF USE AND RELIABLE VIDEO QUALITY OF ZOOM WORKPLACE, UTILIZING ITS ABILITY TO STREAMLINE COMMUNICATIONS THROUGH INTEGRATED MEETINGS, CHATS, AND COLLABORATION TOOLS
What do you dislike about the product?
WHEN I TRY TO SHARE MY SCREEN AFTER HAVING ATTENDED A PREVIOUS FIRST ZOOM MEETING, IT ONLY ALLOWS ME TO SHARE THE ZOOM SCREEN. I HAVE TO LEAVE THE MEETING AND COMPLETELY RESTART ZOOM IN ORDER TO HAVE ALL OF THE OPTIONS TO SHARE
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
INSTEAD OF SWITCHING BETWEEN APPS FOR MEETINGS, CHATS, FILE SHARING, AND SCHEDULING, IT ALLOWS ME TO BRING EVERTHING INTO ONE PLATFORM, REDUCING COMPLEXITY AND SAVING TIME.

Ability to meet with people who are not in the same vacinity as me
Reliable and Effective for Remote Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace works well and does not encounter errors. The features like blurring the background are useful, providing added privacy. It's more reliable compared to other options.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a complete solution as compared to Teams for daily chat but is more reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for meetings and collaboration when teams are dispersed. It allows us to meet without being in person and provides privacy with features like blurring backgrounds.
Great Chat Feature, But Longer Calls Cost Extra

The ability to chat during the video call

Having to pay for longer calls, being cut off if you don't, and the call quality was often poor.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible Zoom Workplace is. It's easy to use, which is a big plus for me. It allows us to communicate and connect with people around the world instantaneously across all time zones and languages. It's not just limited to chats and breakout rooms; it offers more extensive features. The initial setup was pretty simple, and the training was very straightforward and bite-sized, making it self-explanatory and self-directed.

I find the flexibility to be creative and colorful, and interchangeable lacking.

I use Zoom Workplace for global and departmental communication, allowing us to connect instantaneously across all time zones and languages.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very good, and it’s easy to navigate through the features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs a very strong internet connection, and joining a meeting through a link is a very long process.

It is solving easy scheduling of meetings within team.
Zoom workplace usage
What do you like best about the product?
Now Zoom Workplace is integrated with AI, which adds real value by summarizing the meeting and capturing key highlights. I can also take notes during the meeting, which makes it easier to keep track of what was discussed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, I feel it has too many AI-related features added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After the meeting, if someone shares any data with me or would like to continue discussing that specific meeting, it’s easy to do. Zoom works well and helps solve those problems.

It’s available for most people most of the time, which helps us connect easily during meetings.

The auto-loading feature is pretty annoying.

Convenient and Easy to Use, with Great Audio and Video Quality
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace is very convenient and easy to use, also the quality of audio and video call is really good. Great features for meeting as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features in free version is limited and the User interface is very much filled with so many things, very cluttered i would say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI features are really great, it summarises all my calls with the candidates which is really helpful. It also help in keeping all the things in same place.
Seamless Setup, Great for Webinars
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for virtual meetings and find it really helpful, especially during this shift towards more online interactions. One standout feature I like is the ability to stream to other platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and LinkedIn, which is really great for webinars. This makes it easier to reach a larger audience and achieve our goals. I also find the initial setup of Zoom Workplace to be very perfect and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel Zoom Workplace can do better in terms of generating meeting links. Sometimes it's easier on other webinar platforms to generate meeting links. It's impossible for me to use the same link I've created once before for all our meetings. This could be improved to make it more convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is really helpful for virtual meetings, especially with busy schedules. The ability to stream to YouTube, Twitch, and LinkedIn during webinars helps us reach a wider audience and achieve our goals.
