I have been using Webflow Business - Enterprise for two years for my current company, Mobex, which is based in USA in Tampa, Florida. I built their website using Webflow Business - Enterprise because Mobex is a telecommunication provider in the USA and UK. They have expanded recently in the UK. The website was very comprehensive and detailed with multiple pricing pages, CMS elements, and various other components. We had to upgrade to the enterprise level around 1.5 years ago to accommodate these needs.

Building dynamic pricing sites has boosted leads and transformed our online presence
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
One of Mobex's web pages involved creating a comprehensive pricing page where we built multiple slider pages within one parent page displaying all their current pricing offerings to customers. This allows any user to visit, check out their pricing, and either contact or make payment via the website.
I can point to two measurable outcomes that have resulted from using Webflow Business - Enterprise. First, we experienced faster website deployment and increased leads. It is very easy to make changes and publish them before deploying to the main domain. You can also check it on the Webflow site to see what changes you made and how they are loading and appearing. After using Webflow, our bounce rate came down significantly. When we had the WordPress website, it was very dull and not a lot of content was rendering due to JavaScript issues. When people don't see an attractive website, they typically bounce off. Now we have many leads incoming, with many people filling our forms, checking out their pricing, and contacting us. We also checked our website using the LLMO Chrome extension that Adobe offers and saw that we have 100% readability for AI search engines or large language models, which is a very good score. All of this is credited to Webflow Business - Enterprise.
What needs improvement?
There are many aspects in which Webflow Business - Enterprise can improve because in an ideal world, everything would be perfect. Technology and humans are ever evolving, and after AI came, it made a difference in every aspect altogether. There are a few things that Webflow Business - Enterprise can improve on. Right now, everything runs very smoothly for me and my company, so there isn't anything particular that I could point out at the moment. Webflow is working on AI integration, and they could add more features to support this.
One of the main things that hinders me while working on Webflow is copying elements and copying page layouts from one page to another. When copying that structure from one page to another, the layout sometimes changes. If you were to visit the website that I created, many pages have the same header and footer with the same overall structure, but the elements, images, and specific layouts keep changing. I guess this might be purposely done on Webflow, but it does cause some problems for Webflow developers. Overall, Webflow is great if you have a good understanding of it. It is a learning curve, and we can keep learning and improving our understanding. Another issue I encountered almost six to eight months ago was that I laid out some elements on the page according to the sizing and padding that I wanted. When I published it on the main site, the layout was different or the alignment was not the same, even though in the backend it appeared correct. I faced this problem for a couple of months, but it resolved on its own. I assume that with every platform and every tech product, there are bugs, and agile development with continuous improvement is necessary. That is what Webflow did, which is why I give them a nine.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Webflow Business - Enterprise for two years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
When I started using Webflow two years ago, it was a very new concept for me, so I had to learn everything from scratch. My bosses provided me with a dedicated Webflow trainer whom I connected with on Upwork, and this person was my mentor for almost six months in the beginning. They helped me understand Webflow Business - Enterprise, how Webflow works, the elements, div containers, how to build everything from scratch, and understand the sizing, padding, layout, and formats. Now I am able to freely build pages on Webflow.
Webflow is very comprehensive in understanding the SEO part and geolocation features if you are a business wanting to work in multiple countries. The domain connection at the backend of Webflow also has forms where users can visit your website and fill out forms. You can check those forms at the backend and connect your email to receive notifications if anyone fills out a form. Webflow is a very large, supportive, and user-friendly platform that anyone can use to create their website and accomplish much more with it. I really hope that many more people start using Webflow because none of my peers have used it, and many people migrate towards Wix or WordPress, which are outdated. Overall, Webflow is very good if you want to tap into it and get started, and it is great for big businesses using Webflow Business - Enterprise. If your business is large scale with more employees or if you want to take it to the next level, Webflow Business - Enterprise is the right choice.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Some features include CMS elements and geolocation options. Those features come under the plan if you want more pages, such as 200 to 300 plus pages on your website. Webflow Business - Enterprise is great for that because many features are unlocked when using this tier. If you are a big business with many employees or want to advance to the next level and make a very comprehensive website with many features, you can unlock them using Webflow's enterprise offering.
For CMS, we use blogs because my company uses many blogs. We use that to create our blog content. Geolocation is important because we recently made advancement into the United Kingdom. Initially, our domain was mobex.biz or mobex.us, and entering any of those into the URL would direct you to mobex.biz, which was the US website of Mobex. We wanted to expand to the UK with a dedicated website that is similar in every way except for pricing in pounds due to UK requirements and UK-specific blogs. Webflow provided us with mobex.biz/uk as an add-on feature. This is how it worked for me personally.
How are customer service and support?
When I was not part of the company, they were using WordPress, and the moment I joined, there was a migration to Webflow. This was a huge shift because WordPress is very outdated. Using Webflow unlocked new levels of creativity within the team. As the sole person dedicated to their social media, digital marketing, content marketing, and website creation, I initially faced a learning curve, but once I got the hang of it, it became very easy to use.
Webflow holds webinars that you can attend, and they are continuously evolving. I recently attended a webinar where they were integrating AI into Webflow, which is very beneficial. It helps you build websites more quickly and efficiently. Being in touch with the latest technology is something I have seen Webflow doing consistently. I have encountered very few problems in the two years, maybe two or three times. When I reached out to the team, they were very helpful and stayed in contact with us continuously, even checking in and following up after the issue was resolved. That support experience was excellent.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
When I was not part of the company, they were using WordPress, and the moment I joined, there was a migration to Webflow. This was a huge shift because WordPress is very outdated. Using Webflow unlocked new levels of creativity within the team.
How was the initial setup?
Initially we had the normal plan and the CMS plan, then we upgraded to the Business - Enterprise plan through Webflow. We connected it after contacting their support because Webflow Business - Enterprise is the final tier that requires you to purchase after contacting their support team.
What about the implementation team?
My bosses provided me with a dedicated Webflow trainer whom I connected with on Upwork, and this person was my mentor for almost six months in the beginning two years ago. They helped me understand Webflow Business - Enterprise, how Webflow works, the elements, div containers, how to build everything from scratch, and understand the sizing, padding, layout, and formats. Now I am able to freely build pages on Webflow.
What was our ROI?
I am very happy with how Webflow Business - Enterprise works. I have already mentioned the few nuances where I faced problems, but except for those, I am very happy with Webflow. I will continue using Webflow instead of migrating to other platforms, and I believe more people should too.
What other advice do I have?
I would offer two pieces of advice. First, have patience because learning how to build pages and websites on Webflow is a learning curve, especially for someone who has not used it before. In my personal experience, when I started using Webflow two years ago, I had no prior experience. It was a definite learning curve for me, and only after receiving some guidance and learning on my own by experimenting with elements, containers, and layouts was I able to build pages efficiently.
Second, go for Webflow Business - Enterprise if you have a large business. When we started, our business was very small with only a few customers, so using the beginner levels of plans that Webflow offered was the most logical choice. As we moved forward and grew our customer base, we received many leads and customers, which allowed us to upgrade to the enterprise plan that Webflow offers. My overall rating for Webflow Business - Enterprise is nine out of ten.
CMS and SEO have accelerated content launches and support rapid growth for events and education
What is our primary use case?
I use Webflow Business - Enterprise for launching a platform for events and meetups in Morocco. I also use Webflow Business - Enterprise for launching a large platform for LMS education.
What is most valuable?
The best functionality and offerings that I found in Webflow Business - Enterprise are the CMS and SEO targeting, as well as the integrations with other apps. It is amazing to have this plan because it is affordable yet provides numerous features for our use case.
The CMS and integrations have helped me specifically by enabling us to launch the newsletter. We have a section of our website specifically designed to target students and all users who need to learn about us, with numerous articles that Webflow Business - Enterprise helps us add quickly through unlimited CMS articles.
I also value the GSAP and custom code features, which are the best for us because we have great collaboration between developers and the marketing team.
Webflow Business - Enterprise positively impacts my organization because we started with the CMS plan and then switched to the business plan, resulting in more leads and users. Since Webflow Business - Enterprise is not limited in the number of visitors, it supports smooth user onboarding and allows the website to handle substantial business volume and many users, effectively solving the problem of website traffic limitations.
What needs improvement?
Webflow Business - Enterprise can be improved by having more integrations with AI. One feature we need is custom support where users can receive quick assistance. I would appreciate it if Webflow integrated a chatbot that understands the business of the website and provides users with the information they need quickly in response to their questions.
I would like to facilitate the marketing team so they can have a more intuitive dashboard to edit or add blogs for the CMS or correct content. We also need a separate dashboard for SEO configuration.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have more than six years of experience.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Webflow Business - Enterprise is stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The price is higher than for other platforms, but when we compare it with the features provided, we can say that the price of the Business plan is correct. Since switching to the business plan, we moved from 100 users per day to 2,000 users per day.
How are customer service and support?
Customer support is great and available anytime, which is one of the best elements or features we have.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We previously used WordPress with Elementor and switched because we found WordPress to be limited. When comparing Webflow with WordPress regarding security and performance, we found Webflow to be the best solution for us.
How was the initial setup?
Before choosing Webflow Business - Enterprise, we evaluated the CMS plan. Since we have many users visiting our website, we switched to Business for more support and performance.
What about the implementation team?
We scale our platforms for the time of the production team, having Webflow developers that assist us. A developer usually takes two weeks or more to add a page, but with Webflow's features, we can launch the same page in just two days, customize it from scratch, and we have no bugs or problems. Thus, we save 80% of our time and money for the business.
What was our ROI?
On a scale of one to ten, I would rate Webflow Business - Enterprise an eight.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The price is higher than for other platforms, but when we compare it with the features provided, we can say that the price of the Business plan is correct.
