What do you like best about the product?
I love how Procurify has greatly simplified our purchase order routing process. Instead of relying on email, we now have a centralized, efficient platform for requests and approvals. The streamlined receiving process is another standout feature; users can immediately receive items using their smartphones, which has made our workflow much smoother. I also appreciate how well the web and app experiences align, allowing me to view and search for purchase orders just as seamlessly on my phone as on my computer. Procurify's user-friendly design makes navigating the process straightforward with minimal training required, which was evident during the initial setup. Moreover, I'd confidently rate it a 10 for recommendation, indicating my overall satisfaction with its performance and utility.

I have nothing negative at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procurify to streamline purchase order requests, centralize approval processes, and simplify item receiving using smartphones, greatly enhancing efficiency compared to prior email-based methods.

What do you like best about the product?
All purchasing information in one easy to navigate place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to be able to use as a database of commonly ordered items. However, our company will not add useful fields like "category", "size" or "type". We have "Product Catalog" enabled but without better ways if filtering, it's just one big list of items and completely useless.

Clear communication, all in one place. No more emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Procurify easy to use, which helps me get things done efficiently. The platform is valuable to me because it allows me to finish tasks and receive compensation for driving quickly. On time payments and proper scheduling are also key benefits I experience with Procurify, making it reliable for handling reimbursements for expenses.

I use Procurify for receiving reimbursement for expenses, ensuring on-time payments, and scheduling it right. It's easy to interact with and helps me finish tasks and receive compensation for driving.
Excellent Workflow & Spend Tracking, but Account Executives can be difficult to connect with.
What do you like best about the product?
Creates unique approval work flows, tracks spending, allows for clarity in spending and helps consolidate information and data to a central area. Support through the web based application has been very good with both AI and agents providing useful information in a timely manner. Uptime has also been excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Account manager support can be challenging to arrange appointments for, and if you are looking for anything non-standard (data imports outside of their parameters) it can be expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously never had any tracking or record of outstanding purchase orders. PO numbers were given from a sequential pad of paper and hand written. We had no centralized tracking of these pads of paper, approval workflow, or authorization to issue PO's. Most concerning was that we never knew at any time how much money we had committed in outstanding PO's. In addition, we are able to search the historical data in Procurify when we are trying to find a part, piece, etc., to reorder.

User-Friendly Navigation, But Default Tax Setting is Frustrating
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate and my recent answers have been populated so that I can use them again easily the next time i make a request

Having to delete the tax amount that is included by default. I wish that was not a default setting

What do you like best about the product?
The easy process to start new request and its equally simple to finalize an order and add attachments for future audits. It was easy to learn and get familiarized with the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encounter any significant down sides.

No problems right now. But AI is being implemented and it will make things a lot easier.

I have been using Procurify to assist with ordering various items as a marketing manager, and it greatly simplifies the request process for purchases, making it incredibly easy to request different items needed by my marketing team, whether it's collateral or equipment. The ease of use is remarkable; Procurify is very user-friendly, simplifying the approval and purchase processes, which enhances efficiency in getting what my team needs. The setting up was reportedly easy, according to my accounting team, which reinforces its accessibility. Procurify's interface is extremely simple and intuitive, facilitating quick learning and adoption across my organization with minimal resistance. The app's capability of taking and uploading photos of packing slips is particularly smooth, contributing to an easier inventory and procurement management. Overall, it's a simple tool from a user's perspective, making purchasing tasks straightforward without complications.

I think that its very easy to use, however I think slight modifications to the UI would make it even more beneficial.
