Flexibility while maintaining person to person support, very quick responses to questions or submitted projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Not quite dislike but I would like to see more examples, sometimes the concept feels vague and further research is needed which is not bad but more examples would be great

Learning at self pace and using videos of experts to understand the concepts

I like the courses structure, their content, the teacher are qualified, a project is associated to every single module.

Sometimes the courses are outdated, due to new versions (frameworks, programming language etc..)

Udacity provides actual data and specific application scenarios for practice and exams, better mastering and applying the knowledge learned.
The detailed division of chapters allows for frequent interruptions and re additions, which helps to utilize fragmented time for learning.
The small exercises and some ideas in the middle of the course are more likely to stimulate my interest in learning and thinking

Language and some financial jargon have created some barriers, it would be even better if there were a Chinese version available.

Sometimes there are inconsistencies network the instructions to complete a lesson and the given material

I like that the format involves videos, reading and quizzes. This keeps it from becoming monotonous. I also like that I can work at my own pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the quizzes would jump ahead and ask about material I hadn't learned yet. Sometimes there were multiple ways to solve something and they only took 1 as the right answer too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hadn't ever done data science before which is a growing field so Udacity gave me some great exposure to that.
