What do you like best about the product?
I like how versatile it is. When I began using it I found it incredibly easy to use. The more i'm using it the more i'm uncovering new ways to use it! It integrates well and has assisted me with HR and onboarding of new staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be tricky to click into things. For example if I have created a 1:1 block and I want to access 'Notes' it can be challenging to get to this intuitively, but i'm getting the hang of it!

    Powerful Search, Steep Learning Curve

    Reviewed on Jul 17, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's extremely powerful search feature. It allows me to put in keyword searches and immediately retrieve the information I need, often appearing within the first two or three displayed searches. I also appreciate the MCP connector, which helps me write tickets and correctly format tasks by providing the most accurate content. The initial setup of Notion was relatively simple, which I found helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very steep learning curve. I had to spend quite a few hours trying to understand how the product works. It is not very intuitive at first sight, but once you get to learn the capabilities, it becomes a lot easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to retrieve information I need and stay on track with my tasks. Its powerful search feature quickly finds what I need, and the MCP connector helps format tasks accurately.

I really like the powerful search feature in Notion, which helps me retrieve any page, document, or database within just a few seconds of searching. It's incredibly useful, especially when I can't remember where I stored information. Just by using keywords, I can quickly find what I need within the first two or three searches. I think the search tool is the most useful feature for me in Notion.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to manage my sales tasks, access company wikis, and handle support tickets. It helps by covering databases and pages, eliminating the need for multiple subscriptions. The agents keep me productive with timely alerts. The powerful search lets me retrieve information swiftly.

Incredibly Flexible All-in-One Workspace for Docs, Wikis, and meeting notes

    Reviewed on Jul 17, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Notion's biggest strength is flexibility — it combines docs, wikis, and databases in one tool, so teams can build anything from a simple meeting notes page to a full project tracker without switching apps. The block-based editor makes it easy to mix text, tables, embeds, and to-dos on the same page, and relational databases (with linked views, filters, and rollups) let you structure information without needing a dedicated tool like a spreadsheet or Jira for lighter use cases. It's also easy to onboard new team members since most things are discoverable just by browsing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance is the main complaint — pages with a lot of content, nested databases, or heavy formatting can get noticeably slow to load, especially offline or on mobile. Its flexibility is also a double-edged sword: without discipline, workspaces get messy fast, with duplicate pages, inconsistent structures, and databases that are hard to maintain as they scale. Search can also struggle in large workspaces, making it harder to find older content. And because it's so open-ended, some things that dedicated tools handle natively (robust task dependencies, advanced reporting, granular permissions) require workarounds or third-party integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered information living across too many disconnected tools — docs in one place, tasks in another, wikis somewhere else. By consolidating notes, project tracking, and documentation into a single connected workspace, it cuts down on context-switching and makes information easier to find and keep up to date. The benefit has been fewer duplicate or outdated docs, faster onboarding since new team members can browse one source of truth, and more flexibility to adapt the structure (docs, trackers, databases) as team needs change, without needing separate paid tools for each function.

Seamless Project Management with AI-Driven Notetaking

    Reviewed on Jul 17, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like that AI note taking in Notion is very seamless. It just takes notes for you on the fly. I also find the initial setup very easy. I was able to onboard and get my access, allowing me to do everything I wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the user assignment in an AI meeting or transcript is incorrect, so it doesn't know who's speaking. I think it should detect based on the voices and then assign each person to, like, voice one, voice two, and then you could go in and tell which voice is which.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion makes note-taking easy and simplifies document searches, serving as a central hub for managing our projects efficiently.

Great Note-Taking, but the Interface Takes Time to Learn

    Reviewed on Jul 16, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The note-taking feature is a big deal for me. I’m still learning the other features, but for now it’s the coolest one and the one I’m most excited about.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is hard to navigate. I feel like, unless I invest a good amount of time watching tutorials or getting on a call with an agent, I won’t naturally get the hang of it with ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, I haven’t used that part of it yet. I’m sure there’s a lot more Notion can do, and that it could help solve real problems once I explore it more.

Notion AI Takes Simple, Actionable Notes—No Notetaker Needed on Calls

    Reviewed on Jul 16, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion AI takes simple, actionable notes without the notetaker 'joining' calls!
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's so flexible, it isn't as intuitive as some other softwares – it requires a bit more thinking on my part to use it effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It captures everything I talk through in my day-to-day and organizes the work I do to help me do my best work – especially on heavy call days when I switch from call to call quickly and wouldn't otherwise capture the data from those calls.
