Effective SOP Management, Intuitive AI, Navigation Needs Work
Reviewed on Jun 08, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Notion for organizing my work tasks and managing personal projects. I love how Notion houses all of our SOPs, and I can use Notion AI to figure out next steps. Instead of having to search through a ton of SOPs, I can use the Notion AI chat and give it a couple of key specific phrases about what I'm looking for. It then provides responses or something close to what I'm looking for, so I don't have to navigate a whole bunch of drop downs. Initial setup of Notion was very quick and easy, with no challenges encountered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think if you're not using the Notion AI, the navigation of the drop downs, like the carrots, are as intuitive. It gets a little bit confusing on how to navigate and find things within Notion. I wish it was a little bit more user-friendly if you're not familiar with Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing tasks and managing projects. It houses all our SOPs, allowing me to quickly find information and next steps using Notion AI, saving time navigating complex menus.

A great customisable one and done tool for managing complex projects

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customisation most of all for managing all of our marketing projects, regardless of the specs. I like how each member of our team can have a very granular and refined overview of each segment they own.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is complex to onboard at the beginning, you have to be patient and take your time to build out your entire database. It takes patience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel like it is built to handle really complex, messy and fragmented information systems, but with an aesthetically clean UX/UI approach.

All My University Work in One Place with Notion
Reviewed on Jun 08, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is how it lets me combine all my university work in one place instead of switching between different apps. I can write lecture notes, organize assignments, and also include coding snippets with proper formatting, which is really helpful since my courses involve both programming and written content. It also makes it easy to structure everything by course and topic, so my notes don’t feel scattered and are easier to revise later. Overall, it helps me stay organized and keeps both my technical and written work connected in a simple, customizable way.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that it can feel a bit overwhelming and slow to set up properly at the beginning. Because it’s so customizable, you sometimes spend more time building the system than actually taking notes. It can also get messy if you don’t stay consistent with your structure, especially when you’re managing multiple courses and projects at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of having information spread across too many different tools by bringing notes, planning, and organization into one place. For me as a university student working with both coding and writing, this is especially helpful because I can keep lecture notes, code snippets, and assignment tracking all together instead of switching between apps like Word, Google Docs, and separate to-do lists.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is how it combines note-taking, project management, documentation, and collaboration into a single workspace. The UI/UX is clean and intuitive, making it easy to organize information without feeling overwhelmed. Its integrations with other tools help streamline workflows, and performance is generally smooth even when managing large amounts of content. The pricing offers strong value for both individuals and teams, making it a good ROI compared to using multiple separate tools. The onboarding experience is simple, with plenty of templates to get started quickly, and support resources are helpful when needed. I also appreciate the AI features, which help with drafting content, summarizing notes, and organizing information more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features take time to learn, and there are a few areas where customization options could be improved. Occasionally, certain integrations require additional setup, and reporting capabilities could be more flexible for specific use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps centralize workflows, reduces manual effort, improves team efficiency, and provides better visibility into day-to-day operations. By automating repetitive tasks and bringing data together in one place, it saves time and helps users make more informed decisions.

I can upload files like video courses and PDFs, then share them with my subscribers easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is little laggy that it have technical glitch sometimes and it lacks offline usage like Google docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me store all my training materials in under one place and share it with my email subscribers in a systematic way instead of attaching each file and that will be too tedious .

Notion... It's where it's at.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how it keeps you organized and how it separates action items and how clear it is to read and customize your own personal page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still don't find it user-friendly at times. There are ways that you have to go through in order to customize your own Notion page that seem like you are in a labyrinth at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving collective issues amongst my team where we are under a reorganization structure. It's absolutely helping us to stay accountable and pull in helpful, former antiquated IKBs and resources so that we can amend or extract said collateral so that we can have continuity with our new organization workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion because it helps us organize our work documents, safety plans, tasks, marketing ideas, and website build-out. It's creative enough to support brainstorming and structured enough for real business planning. Notion has helped turn a lot of moving pieces into clear, workable systems. I love the customizable aspect with Unsplash for cover and uploadable icons, which help me customize each page. Despite the initial learning curve with its Lego block system, once understood, it turns out to be a good system. Overall, I find the initial setup easy, and my team and I love Notion.
