Unlimited Subpages and Handy Code Block
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like the most is its creating unlimited subpages and code snippet box option.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things that I dislike is its text formatting. Unlike other text editors it's doesn't have options to easily format text. Eg. You have added a text and later you want to make it as heading, you cant simply increase its size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use it for taking coding notes. So it's subpage feature and code snippet block really helps me with that.

Centralized, User-Friendly, and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for meetings and job orders. I like that it keeps everything centralized, solving the problem of disorganization within a team. I think it's very user-friendly and helps in keeping everything clean, with the ability to have tasks, timelines, and to-dos organized. The calendar and tagging features are also useful for coordinating with others on projects. I find it way better than Asana for project work, and setting it up was very easy with no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think you could be used to Notion. Everything was just, like, it's a little different when you first start off. With, like, the indenting. And time to make a calendar that she's or the documents, but I think it needs to do it. But I think this takes a little bit of time to figure out.

notion for engineering (a modular tool recommended to boost remeberance)
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to move around blocks of text, formulas, and databases similar to what you can do in Word or other apps is really useful. Also, having everything in the cloud makes it super handy to access my notes when I’m travelling.

One Platform for Notes, Tasks, and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is its flexibility and clean user experience. It helps me manage notes, projects, documentation, and team collaboration in one place, which reduces the need for multiple tools. Also, I enjoy how customizable the platform is. The databases, dashboards, and integrations with tools like Slack and Google Drive make workflows much more organized and efficient. Notion AI is also useful for summarizing notes and drafting content quickly which ensures that I am performing well on my working hours. It offers great value for the pricing and works well for both personal productivity and team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Notion is that performance can sometimes slow down when working with very large databases or heavily loaded pages. The mobile experience is good overall, but some advanced workflows still feel better on desktop. There is also a slight learning curve when setting up complex systems or automations for the first time. While the flexibility is a huge advantage, it can feel overwhelming initially for new users who are not familiar with structured workspaces. I’d also like to see deeper native integrations and more advanced reporting features for larger teams.

Versatile Tool That Streamlines Our Small Business Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion offers a variety of different resources. It helps me as a small business owner by organizing my daily tasks, recording calls, and scheduling follow-ups, which keeps my workspace decluttered virtually. I appreciate the ability to record calls and turn them into emails or newsletters, and organize my thoughts using different connected parts of the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little bit complicated still. And that's only because I have a short amount of time to really dive into it. I know that I'm only using 30% of what it's capable of, and I need to figure out ways to better understand how it will benefit me even more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize my daily tasks, record calls, schedule follow-ups, and declutter my workspace virtually.
Highly Customizable and Collaborative Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customizable options in Notion as the blocks allow me to make anything, no matter the role. I enjoy the many options in terms of content organization and styling. The flexibility of databases and their integration into other workflows or tools is particularly useful for me. Setting up Notion was fairly simple, which I appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more built-in guidance/starters without having to search for a template that suits my needs. For example, when starting a knowledge-based system, I'd like self-starter outlines or infrastructure options that are ready to use. While AI-assisted tools are a step in the right direction, there's always the risk that the generated content might not work for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for personal task management and centralizing documentation. It solves issues with customizable documentation, knowledge base management, and makes task management easy and shareable.
Notion: Boosts Efficiency and Simplifies Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really find the way Notion interacts with data and manages tasks to be quite good and handy. It saves me a lot of time, and the administrative work is really good. I really like the way it handles tasks and activities and the virtual performance is impressive as well. Upgrading to the business version was great, resolving issues like data backlogs and scattered information with the help of Notion AI and chatbot features. The built-in features and connectors are really helpful. I also find the business plan convenient and really, really useful. Notion helps me manage workload, set up meetings, and pretty much everything else I need for my personal progression, with lots of trackers, planners, and calendar connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used the Plus version for almost a year, and it had some drawbacks and some difficulties. Often, there were messages like 'you have crossed the limits' when using features like summarizing meeting notes. This was a bit of a hassle until I switched to the Business plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion manages tasks efficiently, saving me a lot of time. The interaction with data and admin work is handy. It resolved scattered data issues with Notion AI. I mainly use it for my job, business, and daily activities.
Easy Setup but UI Needs Work for Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is fairly easy to use and integrate. As a first-time user, I was able to create basic tools needed to run my business, which speaks volumes about its user-friendliness. It was also fairly easy to navigate and build components while understanding how the search functions work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface isn't that great. I find it hard to create polished looks that would be easy to use and navigate for low tech savvy users. I feel like the ability to be able to create neater, more user friendly front end products for clients would be of huge advantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to create client dashboards, keep internal notes, and organize documents for my business.

What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to fully understand all the features and set up an efficient workflow in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
