Efficient and Powerful: Coveo Search Engine Delivers Top-Notch Results
What do you like best about the product?
There are many features that I like about Coveo,
Out-of-box support for crawling web pages from multiple sources (Web, Sitemap, RSS, Database, Push API).
Each source can be configured with different crawl frequencies.
Multiple Connectors (confluence, email clients, file storage, jira, onedrive, salesforce, slack, twitter, AWS S3 and many more)
Supports Secure Search
Machine Learning Models - Query Suggestions, Automatic Relevancy Tuning, Content Recommendations
Advanced Query Expressions (query with "and", "+", "-") - Searching a Phrase
Loaded with features like: Query expansion(Thesaurus), Fuzzy search, Query correction
Custom Result Ranking - supports wide range of expressions
Applied ranking for relevancy tuning in Enterprise Search - Search Result Ranking and Relevance Score
Featured Results (promoting particular document based on query/conditions)

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Semantic Search is missing in Coveo, there are ML models and many things to achieve something similar. But a straight forward semantic search which I would love to see in near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coveo is really solving our requirment with its wide range of configurations, like feature results, search result ranking, triggers, stop words.
The Security Identity and Targeting(context) feature, which we use most is really solving a lot of our problems.

Best in class and unmatched for service
What do you like best about the product?
The product is complex, but their service is bar-none the best I've ever received. They help without making me feel like a moron for missing something basic or well documented. I know I've asked some eye-roll questions and everybody I've worked with is responsive and courteous.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't a turnkey product, as each implementation will be totally customized to your environment and needs. That said, expect intelligent, thoughtful support that will ask the right questions to guide you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're working toward diverting customers by providing them an intelligent direction toward our knowledge base. The search is working well; I expect great things from more customization.

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing is flixibility of the tool you can apply any type of rule to our pipeline that really help to filter the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slowness is the major concern at coveo .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides user friendly way to write your rules on different pipelines so non technical user also write there ownrules whatever they needed

What do you like best about the product?
We have seen enormous value since implementing Coveo. Their products and offerings are highly competitive in the industry and flexible to meet our specific business needs. They offer a lot of additional support resources and trainings on up-and-coming technologies in their roadmap, which is exciting and help us plan where we want to go next in our digital relevancy journey. Seems like Coveo is always leading the way with cutting edge and emerging capabilities. Moreso, the transparency and guidance they offer is unrivaled with other vendors; everyone we've worked with at Coveo is responsive, friendly, and knowledgable and they really help us understand where we're tracking well and where we can & should focus efforts moving forward. We really appreciate and value our Coveo partnership!
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see more robust issue notifications to proactively manage any issues with our feeds and indexes. The reporting capabilities from Coveo are excellent but not always aligned with our internal process and terminology (e.g., what we call a 'document' or 'product' is different from default Coveo reports), which can sometimes cause confusion. This likely stems from differences in B2C vs. B2B.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coveo is helping us leverage our search usage data and boost the relevancy to our end users over time. The search experience continously improves without us having to dedicate time and resources into development. Likewise, Coveo helps us manage our complext portfolio of serving many diverse markets / industries.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of things, we are using coveo on our partner portal for a faster and good search experience.
There are other good things, machine learning that helps customers to recommend or guide what are looking for based on many factors.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much at this moment. But documentation can be simplified, it's confusing sometimes.

It helps us to share relevant data from different systems in format (the way we want to show) to partner users using Coveo,
Like sharing knowledge details about how to install the camera.
In fact, the user can search for products that we have and find the relevant details.
Also eatures like auto-correction, and recommendation, these are really good, indexing which makes the our partner search experience nice.

Smart machine learning, strong analytics
What do you like best about the product?
This is our first AI powered search engine, and it has really helped with relevancy when searching our big product catalogs, various content sources, domains and types. Dashboards really help optimize and are easy to set up, and the visit browser makes it easier to identify issues. Good customer success team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup and getting the Analytics and calls correct was quite the undertaking and choices by the (official) implementation partner turned out less than ideal.
Query consumption should give better and more exact information because currently, it doesn't go into enough detail which seems intentional. The support team could be less passive.

I think we are not utilizing 100% of Coveo's capability, it would be great if they can send out quarterly suggestions based on our usgage

Case deflection is the primary goal and from agent panel ability to resolve issues while on call with those articles

What do you like best about the product?
Coveo provides customers and employees the ability to conduct an aggregated search across our many knowledge platforms. This is a functionality we haven't been able to accomplish without a vendor like Coveo. In addition, their support team has been extremely helpful to answer questions, provide feedback, and hop on a call as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup can be complex on the backend. If you are planning to use Coveo, please be sure to either have someone dedicated to maintaining the platform or prepare to pay for a consultant to do the uplift. As changes are needed for your configurations and end-user experience, it can get overwhelming
