Search and Relevance
What do you like best about the product?
Coveo is continually improving its products to stay ahead of emerging tech trends. The technology is effective for search and highly customizable to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Machine learning efficacy is dependent on traffic and activity. So don't assume that Coveo's AI technology is going to solve all of your relevance issues magically. It takes time and the right conditions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Coveo for search in our customer self-service community. We also use Coveo for case classification and case deflection.

Driving revenue with bespoke curated A/B tests
What do you like best about the product?
Working with the PS teams, we can deliver very bespoke, curated experiences to test how metrics can be uplifted during multivariant tests. The team at Coveo work really collaboratively with our developers and other internal teams to work through complicated projects to get them launched. Being able to report on ROI is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Some processes needed smoothing out when we first joined, and when new PMs and account managers join, it's about creating processes and ways of working that work for both parties. However, these work well now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coveo is helping me drive incremental revenue by testing new designs and ideas and providing ROI to the business. When there are ideas across the business, but we're not sure how successful they will be, before implementing it completely in development, we test in Coveo first and prove it's value.

Easy to setup and administer.
I also appreciated the onboarding with the coveo team and appreciate the support, the documentation , courses on Coveo level-up.

Might be usefull to have more code sample to improve the search interface.

We use Coveo for our knownledge base. Since we integrated Coveo, it has improved the content search, increased the consultation of articles and improved the case deflecton

Coveo is a powerful search and personalization tool that is the engine powering our Digital Customer Experience. After configuration, the platform it just works!
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial configuration can be complex and the learning curve can be high for new developers and administrators. Promoting configurations between development/test/production environments involves much manual effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coveo is allowing us to index rather than integrate for our multi-brand, M&A reality providing an essential customer-facing DX tool for our business.
Coveo - Amazing Enterprise Search Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The best features of Coveo are
1. Cloud based enterprise search solution, which requires very less amount of coding to host a search service for any website(s).
2. Faceted Search and customizing the search page is so easy, even team members with less technical skill set can easily do that.
3. Coveo provides excellent analytic reports and dashbord for several search terms and features used, which can help business team to improve user experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times, searching through online documentation is quite painful, but this is not a blocker, as the Coveo support team is excellent and helps you promptly whenever you get stuck !!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coveo is helping us implement one shop solution for enterprise search across multiple public-facing websites. We have also implemented a Coveo-based search for intranet websites and indexing data from Slack Chats, JIRA, Service Now and a few other platforms to provide a single window for internal users to search for what they are looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and outcomes it drives. We have been using Coveo for a number of years both for our internal resources and customers and find it to enhance significantly our ability to provide the right results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as yet, we do need to ensure we fully utilize the product roadmap and drive further innovation into the platform to ensure we optimise our outcomes. Overall the partnership has been great.

It helps us connect our excellent knowledge management resourcing platforms and provide intelligent recommendations based on the search needs to meet the outcomes of the customer or user.

What do you like best about the product?
Find something fast on the website. Prior to Coveo it has taken forever to find products on the website and we had very unsatisfied customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it takes to index the items on the website - Specifically, our stakeholders add some products to the website and they want to see it fast on the search results pages, and this doesn't happen if the indexing just completed. They will need to wait almost 6 hours to see the new item on the search results page (my understanding was the new item should index quickly, but this didn't happen in the real life)

Transparent and technically proficient
What do you like best about the product?
I like the public REST API specs. They make creative integration possible.
Support is quick and efficient, and customer reports also offer great insight.

Version control for the configuration is barely supported and hard to use. Ideally, snapshots should be integrated/available in git.
