What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Braze for 4 years now and it has exponentially evolved the connection with my clients. It is easy to use and intuitive, it allows me to collect data about my clients and send messages in masses. It's one of the best platform I've found, I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about the platform, its integration is easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
