Why I like Braze
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface and the ability to send personalised comms (email & sms) to users based on their behaviour and preferences. I also like the integrations it has with Tealium, Meta and other social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with personalisation there is always a risk of sending unwanted or irrelevant comms so you need to have your finger on the pulse in these instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has allowed our business to orchestrate campaigns across multiple touchpoints - particularly email and SMS. It has also allowed us to tailor ongoing communications for future campaigns based on how users prefer to be engaged i.e. what channel
