What do you like best about the product?
Clazar's Cloud Sales Platform offers a seamless, well-structured, and professional onboarding experience. The pre-sales process stood out as it was grounded in real conversations and achievable timelines, making the entire journey smooth and predictable. Giovanni Rodriguez, the pre-sales specialist, demonstrated outstanding professionalism, addressing all our questions promptly—even while traveling internationally. What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike about the Clazar platform; however, some of the onboarding forms, particularly during the preview phase, could benefit from additional UX testing to enhance usability and clarity. That said, Clazar’s team was highly receptive to feedback, and any issues raised were addressed and rectified almost overnight, demonstrating their commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
