Nexthink is the best EUC Tool for Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink is really wonderful tool for Automation, easy to use, easy to configure DEX, Support team available for support. Immediate support, documenation and certfication is up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Handson Labs for practice like Complicated NQL Query and Integrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexthink is solving day to day IT issues by remediating using powershell scripts. Immediate attention grabing campaigns. new features like nexthink Assist and workflows are promising features for future.

- No user-side tray app
- Cannot customize built-in dashboards (i.e. Collab X)

Nexthink is great data collection tool.
Nexthink remote actions have helped with troubleshooting issue for remote resoultions teams.
Nexthink dashboard can provide vast data and we can pull data as per out requirements.

Nexthink - Wonderful experience
What do you like best about the product?
The whole experience from the beginning of our journey to the present has been a wonderful. The level of support has been exceptional and the knowledge and willingess to help consultants have been really great.
The tool is very intuive and easier to use than other soltutions, it has great features and seems to be always improving each upgrade.
The imlemenation was a long road however due to the help of our dedicated consultant Abdul Hasnath it made the experience a really good one.
The tool is already being used by various IT teams and we are getting some great and productive results from it.

What do you dislike about the product?
no real downaides to the tool.
There are a few things that would help which may be looked at in the future such as application load times and maybe a way to capture the dex score and make it clear as to why the overall score has changed.

We have created alerts for OST sizes, reboots and disc space. This has helped identify things that could improve the user experience.
It is helping us resolve any Microsoft teams issues as we use the remote action to clear the cache.

The SAM functions will be the most useful for the team, once it is all set up and running.

There is a lot of data to get through, so config and training is a must

first is the user interface and interaction, visuval dashboards are good, connection with end device is better. there are many things to learn out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
seacrhing particular things is difficult, itis difficult for a newbee to use the platform.price is ok if they give some offer, itegration is bit complex.

main usecase i built out of this is like causal prediction which is kind of predicting the enduser metrics and solve problem based on the issue

What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink is really helpful when it comes to improving Digital Employee Experience (DEX). It gives a complete overview of IT systems affect employee productivity and satisfaction.The DEX score feature because it combines technical performance data and employee feedback was good and to spot and fix problems. The real-time analytics is another good feature, identify issues quickly and fix them before
What do you dislike about the product?
I found a bit challenging is the setup process,it is complicated for first-time users. It takes some time to get into it and make understand all the features to use full. The pricing is bit high sometimes integrating with other tools kindoff difficult.

makeing employee productivity at it best was a consirence in my point so making it into line was a best benifit out of it

What do you like best about the product?
connection between client devices, the NQLlanguage is new and the dashboard are easy to view and get information about the end device

few time nql i dont get it. i prefer more than then ps script. easly coustomisalbe in ps script but i find little out off not full controll here

automation and prediting the cause before they appeare and make emloye exprence better that is what we do in our organisation
Best remote monitoring and actions deploying. Never had any issues with script deploying
What do you like best about the product?
With Nextthink, it was easy to deploy scripts and monitor deployment as well. Normally I'd face lots of issues with winrm when using a mid-server to deploy scripts on a remote machine.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things about NQL is i am unable to see all stats i'd require. For example.. How many users in a city have logged into this machine. But instead, I can only see for a number of machines in different cities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexthink solves issue where a user would normally need to take his machine to IT to get his fixed. But now fixes and updates are remotely done. So, I would be able to push any new application installation or updates easily to multiple machines without needing to physically do it. I would just need to install nexthink collector, and I could even see stats of user's usage of various apps and his producitivity.

Nexthink’s interface is intuitive and user-friendly. The real-time visibility and insights Nexthink offers make it easy to spot issues and trends. It's ability in tracking device performance, application health, and user experience in real-time. We use Nexthink to do periodic reviews and reports to assess device health and application performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nexthink’s initial setup and deployment is not as good as it can be. We face some occasional failures during setup

We get visibility into the end user experience. We receive real-time insights into performance, user issues, and experiences. We are not just reactive anymore. Nexthink’s proactive monitoring and AI-driven insights allows our team to identify potential issues before they affect users. It helps us quickly identify and resolve incidents, reducing the time spent on dealing with issues.
