Remove the friction from CDI implementation with Metarouter
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use: MetaRouter's user interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate. The documentation is also comprehensive and provides detailed instructions on how to use all of the features.
Flexibility: MetaRouter can be used to route data to a variety of destinations. This flexibility has been very helpful for us, as we have been able to integrate MetaRouter with our existing systems (GCP + Lytics) without any problems.
Scalability: MetaRouter is scalable and can handle even the most demanding data routing needs. This has been important for us, as we have been able to use MetaRouter to scale our data routing operations without any problems.

Once you've set this up you have so much freedom
What do you like best about the product?
MetaRouter is a real usable tool for eCommerce teams. This has made our lives much easier as an organization looking to continually optimize and add to our eCommerce platform. Once you've got it set up (not an easy task, but so valuable!) you unleash a bunch of freedom and flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few if any downsides. The set up is complicated, we luckily have a strong developer/ SI who did the heavy lifting, and now we just wish we had a bigger team to do more with our site. We have only so much time to run different scenarios like A/B testing, session recording and analytics reviews using the data layers we mapped with MetaRouter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to add tools to our site that use data layers. MetaRouter's model is to map them once, then add apps as you need them. We love this solution and can't think of how we would do it without.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a simple solution to data flows and integrating apps to your site, do it once with MetaRouter

Affordable pricing. Lots of supported destinations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see a SaaS middle tier between Cloud and Enterprise that enables a bit more control of data in the pipeline.

Capturing clickstream events from multiple sources.

Reach out to their product team and let them hear your use case. They are very helpful and will provide helpful ideas.
Makes it easy to check your analytics
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and makes your life easier because you can see all your events triggered in real-time. It allows you to quickly debug all the analytics calls and make sure they are triggered properly and have all the properties that you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some areas the UI is just too simple. Real-time logs view can get messy quickly, so you need to either pause or filter. Also properties from the events could be displayed in a better, more friendly way - now it's basically plain text instead of a parsed object.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using multiple analytics management tools is now possible which is great. Also debugging analytics calls is invaluable, because you can see it all in real-time.
A welcomed alternative to Segment.com
What do you like best about the product?
Pricing, Onboarding and overall experience with the tool has been wonderful. Which I super appreciate because Segment.com became extremely more costly and we needed a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not nearly as many integrations as Segment.com, but they honestly had everything that we needed at a fraction of the cost!

Marketing attribution, analytics, general marketing influence.
