Excellent storytelling tool with even better support.
What do you like best about the product?
While the feature set is strong and fits all of my needs and goals, the best part about Storylane is the passionate team that is building this powerful software. The customer support is beyond what you might find in similar solutions and that is a huge feature in itself. Apart from customer support, I appreciate how easy it is to use and how often updates are rolling out. Each feature release feels like it was tailored based off of my feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about this software. it's fast, easy to use and the development team truly cares and listens to customer feedback and use-cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Storylane in two ways. First, Storylane reduces the amount of meetings and engineer prototyping time by placing the owness of design on the stakeholder. It is now possible for a marketing person to take an existing website and modify it to their needs or recommendations and then send their work to engineer for implementation. Secondly, Storylane is an excellent way to reduce complicated software UX down to clickable whiteglove experiences that are custom tailored for any prospective client or customer.

The product is accomplished and there's nothing to dislike

It helps give a sneak peek of the application without signing up. It nudges leads and prospects in the right direction. It also helped us generate quality leads.

The ability to allow users to explore your product at their own pace

The iFrame's can be a challenge to get them to sit in browser. Multilanguage support is also missing.

A one-to-many experience for the customer to test our applications without the need for a demo

HTML screen grabs are a great feature to be able to customise elements of the platform demo.

Customised branded options are limited e.g. limited font choice and button styles within demo

The product is constantly evolving, and it simply works. We never have to explain to a prospect how it works, it just works

Nothing, super happy with it. Storylane is fixing bug and releasing new features before I event think about them

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the various features available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I am block to do things while bulding interactive demos such as the product tour button to not be able to place it at different place during the demo. By that I mean once you choose the button of the product tour it's not possible for only one step to change it from place

It helped us to show to our users how to use our POS system on our website

We are able to show crutial data but hide the parts that are sensitive.

Our cloud management product is pretty robust and often hard to explain without providing demos to prospective customers. That is where Storylane comes in. It helps us create highly targeted "product feature tours" and insightful "how-to guides". These resources have been well received by both our customers and prospects, thus driving both product understanding and interest.
One of the outstanding elements we enjoy about Storylane is its user-friendly interface, which makes getting started fast and easy. We found the process to be straightforward and intuitive, allowing us to quickly create robust, self-guided demos/product tours.

While we appreciate the value that Storylane brings to our demos and guides, there are a few areas where we feel it could be improved. Given the complexity of our product, our demos tend to be quite lengthy. It would be beneficial to have additional features that enable bulk editing of the demos. This would greatly streamline the editing process and save us valuable time.
We would like to see the capability to move multiple "steps" in more of an editor fashion like you would do with your power point slides.
Additionally, we would find it highly useful to have enhanced capabilities for starting, pausing, and stopping recordings within Storylane. This would provide us with more control during the recording process.

Storylane helps us to engage prospects earlier in their buyer's journey. It is great to provide prospects with product information before they typically commit to a live demo or product trial.
