Easy to Use, Website-Friendly Demos That Clarify Complex Products
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and embed into your website and really helps customers understand more complex software products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI-generation option for creating interactive demos didn't work well for us with captions not seeming relevant at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing customers to more thoroughly research and understand our product, then converting them to sales calls/live demos
Effortless Demo Creation with Zero Technical Setup
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create new demos from scratch without requiring any technical set up or implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
If something needs refinement after demo has been created it is not super easy to refine it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane is helping us with user onboarding for user groups with limited time or internet access
Super Customisable Demo Delivery with Varied Options
What do you like best about the product?
I love the varied options you have to deliver your demo the way you want. It's super customisable.
What do you dislike about the product?
With Storylane, the main challenge I found was that organising your scenes was a little bit clunky. Hopefully this part gets an improvement, because the rest of the features are great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane makes it really easy to build demos in a highly customised way and to insert crucial contemporary tooling like AI voiceover in a simple way.
Great Tool with an Easy-to-Use Layout
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool with an easy to use layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only used the free version, but it seemed to lack features/functionality that could help to make more customizable flows. Free version only allows you to have one deck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers frequently ask for quick walkthroughs or demos of our platform and this is a quick, easy tool that makes visually pleasing decks.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and implementation. Created a demo for our homepage in about 5-10 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing plans... big jump from startup to growth plan (for one feature we'd like).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier to show brands how the marketplace works (actually seeing / interacting vs telling). It's helped us convert more leads and streamline our sales process.

Easy of use, user-friendly GUI. Very straight-forward to use AI features.

Only 1 video for free account. Apart from that I´m satisfied.

its very to use. Also the AI part very reliable and accurate for Audio and text also

Nothing as such except no auto play in free trial :P

For my business, a detailed demo is very important. Most of our team’s time goes into explaining the features, so being able to show them clearly matters a lot. Story lane allows us to generate a demo instantly, which makes the whole process much easier.
Storylane Makes Step-by-Step Tutorials Easy—AI Features Halved Our Workload
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane helps our clients to better understand our own software. We're making official documentation through Storylane so all customers can have a step-by-step tutorial how to use our product. They're constantly updating the software as well and with the AI functions, our workload has been halved.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I can't think anything that would be negative
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of writing out all our documentation and tutorials, we can now show them directly to our customers. As a result, we have fewer online calls with customers because of Storylane, since it lets us explain our software step by step in a clear way.
Interactive, Flexible Demos That Boost Engagement and Adoption
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane enables us to deliver a highly interactive demonstration of our product to customers. It helps increase engagement and adoption, and I especially appreciate how flexible the Storylane solution is when it comes to branding. Customer support has also been helpful and very responsive whenever we’ve needed it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have trouble recording a journey by mirroring my tablet's screen. This feature could be improved. Storylane works perfectly with the web browser, but not when it comes to applications as a product (phone/tablet).
