Alert Logic: An Online Security Pro with Analytics, Integrated Detection and Response Prowess
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Proactive, Alert, Quick to respond Alert Logic MDR is online. Always on the prowl, always analysing threat scenarios, always on hand to respond and mitigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drawback that stands out for me is that it doesn't have a centralized place to work with. Just that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it helps with Softwares, Applications and Systems Threats monitoring, response and management. Which ensures smooth performances.

What do you like best about the product?
If it's about cloud threat detection and mitigation of malware, viruses that can occur during sharing and collaboration online, then Alert Logic is your no nonsense partner. I like its real-time handling, alerts, reporting which gives one peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, all I need it for is the sense of security it guarantees in the course of receiving and sharing with superiors sensitive staff and potential staff info. It's perfect so no complains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically, it takes care of any malware, viruses and related threats when It comes to handling sensitive and personal data. Allowing me to concentrate on real staff analysis, engagement and on-boarding.

Talk about an online Threats TERMINATOR!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform's capability to be on the prowl online, always on the lookout for imminent threats, surfacing scam, malware and risky phishing, and its ability to firmly deall with and terminate them is very reassuring. I totally like that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, its UI isn't very intuitive, gets clunky maybe too often. Then again, its relative cost comparatively is on the higher side. But it's definitely a reliable threats terminator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its been key in
in real-time cyber threats scanning and fast mitigation, allowing for a protected backend and freed up internal resources which are then directed to better endeavours. It means systems are free of drawbacks and productivity is enhanced.

What do you like best about the product?
Alert Logic's technical support is fantastic. It helps to resolve any questions regarding the program.
On the other hand, the software's security system is excellent because it also alerts technical support. This makes it eassier to deal with the most significant threats. However, this happens only in the most complicated cases.

What do you dislike about the product?
As valuable as Alert Logic's support is, it only works in particular cases. I want a plan that includes technical assistance for more common threats, even if it is necessary to pay more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alert Logic is one software I use to detect unusual activity on systems. Many times, this could mean that there are threat hazards that I need to take care of.
The good thing is that Alert Logic's security layers are usually enough protection to prevent them.
Thanks to this, the job is slightly easier because now I focus more on monitoring than troubleshooting.

Real-time detecting of internal and external threats and malicious behaviours on our systems as well as identifying the origin source.

For this time I don't have,but according to arising issues of cybersecurity the vendor needs to be more and more advancing.

What do you like best about the product?
Alert Logic MDR is a solution to organisations looking to safeguard their servers and data from possible vulnerability and threats in real time. It's with pleasure that MDR detects and gives us proactive alerts from for instance, DDoS attacks, SQL Injection or funny logins before they harm us. Continuous alerts on updates are also proving quite helpful to keep the software into it's feasible functionality.
It's even better that it offers us comprehensive details and visibility from the sources of these attacks, other potential attacks, solution and guidance incase of such crises and we are able to block them in no time.
Having connected it to most of our softwares at work, though it's incompatible with one or two, it has shifted our focus to other productive activities without necessarily having to worry about any threats and vulnerabilities now that we have Alert Logic MDR in place.
It's even better that it offers us comprehensive details and visibility from the sources of these attacks, other potential attacks, solution and guidance incase of such crises and we are able to block them in no time.

While starting out, the software really gave us a hard time to configure thus consumed a lot of our productive time. Additionally, once we search for logs on the dashboard, some queries really prove difficult. Aside that, I'd recommend MDR any day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's simply the best solution to cybersecurity. It is easy for us to manage vulnerabilities now that it's connected to almost all of our softwares at work. It's however incompatible with a few softwares but still we won't ditch it for any other.
Got mad love for it with ASVs scan but technical support is a let down.
