What do you like best about the product?
Karat is the world's largest interviewing company, where a lot of people take interviews with the help of this product. This cloud is very helpful for all of the HR who are working on this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not think that there's any problem or dislike because with the help of the Karat we are taking interview in a very easy way, so i would not say that there is any dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From here we can learn technical skills from where we can screen it in an easy way, so this is a very beneficial app to use and very user friendly from where everyone can use it in a easy way.

What do you like best about the product?
Karat has a seemless system that allows users to engage and process essential web content.
It also provides an innovative and easy way for you to access the rewards you are seeking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Karat does not connect to the flagship website for the companies that are offering the rewards.
It only provides a user interface for rewards for the specified company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allows users to perform product knowledge on-boarding and rewards achievements without being an internal staff member for an associated company.
Whatever business field you are involved in you can find value in Karat's user interface.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup and send to candidates. Feedback within 24 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is part of our candidate experience, so it is very frustrating to have an interviewer who is more concerned about making a few hundred dollars than actually helping a company move the needle on hiring. It's a transaction for them.

Also, at first, they rejected everyone...we are a small startup and had candidates from Amazon, Twitter, Shopify, etc...all failing.

I had to write to Karat multiple times because candidates were complaining about how awful their interviews are.

Save money, train your team up on doing live coding assessments and do not use Karat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not many - it actually adds a step. By the end, no one trusted it.

I like the videos they provide of the interviews and the downloadable summary is extremely helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, the process is easy and Karat does a really good job of customizing each assessment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Karat is cutting down on interview bias, interview timeframe, and turn around on feedback

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to view the video recorded from the Karat process to better understand where students can do better.
What do you dislike about the product?
For those that might not be completely technical familiar, Karat could do a better job at explaining some technical terms and processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Karat is helping to vet out students and save us time on our end for interviewing.

What do you like best about the product?
Karat is a great way to scale Software Engineering hiring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Karat interviews are great, but candidates and engineers who take the interview does not gain any insight into the company or team they are applying for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our hiring team doesn't have the bandwidth to interview. Karat helps solves this. We can accept more applications and get more people through the process.

What do you like best about the product?
They have an incredibly fast and friendly support team, the platform is easy to use and provides us complete access to the interviews and many data points to support our decisions
What do you dislike about the product?
Their analytics tools could be better; there is not an option to export data to Excel files directly from their website (although the support team is always ready to send when requested)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
outsource part of our volume of technical interviews
better support for low volumes technologies for which we don't want to keep internal specialists
24x7 availability for candidates to schedule across different timezones

What do you like best about the product?
Provides a lot of flexibility in scheduling interviews for the best time for candidates. Additionally, the quality of interviewers and candidate quality reporting is very impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have some roles that Karat does not have interviewers or interviews prepared to do. We work with Karat to develop these as-needed, but it is a lot of work for a specialized role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We typically hire year-round and that involves a fair amount of technical screening work. This is done by our Engineers and technical teams and that reduces overall capacity for product development.

What do you like best about the product?
Limited resources? Karat is a great tool to help improve overall interview speed and experience for candidates. You know what to expect every single time which allows recruiting teams to better prepare candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Candidates appreciate learning about internal engineers experience at a company during a tech screen. Since Karat utilizes external resources, interviewees are not getting this opportunity until a later call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with small startups on recruiting engineers #1 or #2. By implementing Karat the companies I consult with can move quicker and trust the interviewees have the correct technical experience.
