Password manager has strengthened daily device security and has simplified secure sharing

  • February 24, 2026
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is to manage passwords as well as validating if any password has been compromised, as well as updating passwords and managing connections.

I use Keeper Enterprise Password Manager daily in my work. Every day, everything is now IP-based. Switches, IP devices, IoT devices—they all have login passwords, so I use this every day. I have a dashboard that tells me if any of those passwords are compromised, so I can quickly change them. I can make sure that they're using strong requirements for security.

What is most valuable?

I think Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is a great product when it comes to my main use case. I believe they've made a good improvement lately, especially with the security score and the ability to validate and automatically show if a password has been compromised.

The best features Keeper Enterprise Password Manager offers include simple management and importing exported CSV. The import-export feature has helped me by allowing us to import devices instead of adding them one after the other, and we can put them in a specific folder. At the same time, it will verify if existing passwords are compromised so I can update them.

I would also add that the ability to share passwords for temporary access and to share information in a secure way is another useful feature. It also binds access to the MAC, which enhances security features in the field, so I don't have to give passwords through chat.

Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has positively impacted my organization by improving our security posture. Many compromised passwords have been able to be changed, and we maintain high-level security, making sure that all devices are secured.

What needs improvement?

While Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has a good interface for password management, I believe they can make the feature for Privileged Access Management a bit more user-friendly, as right now it is somewhat complicated to get a privileged access manager running in both development and production environments.

Regarding improvements needed for the deployment of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, I would like to see a simple way to install requirements on servers so they can easily be accessed through it and use Privileged Access Management. Right now the installation is somewhat complex as there is scripting to be done. It would be great for that setup to be more simple for operators.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Keeper Enterprise Password Manager for three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is very stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

One thing to note is that the thick client user interface could be improved a bit. However, I mainly use the web interface, which is great and stable. So far I've been able to import many devices and servers, and I haven't had any problems when it comes to enterprise scalability.

How are customer service and support?

The password management portion of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager did not require any customer support because it is so simple and the training is easy to understand that I have never required customer support. The only portion that might require customer support is the Privileged Access Management.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I previously used other solutions, but I don't want to name them yet. The reason I switched is that Keeper Enterprise Password Manager can do different things—not only password management but also verify if passwords are compromised and has Privileged Access Management. Those additional features made it more suitable to use.

What was our ROI?

I believe the return on investment with Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is the fact that my organization's process is more professional and secure when it comes to passwords. However, I have no metrics yet to share for that.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing for Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is that pricing is fair. Licensing is very simple to understand, so I think the sales process was extremely simple as well. I think Keeper Enterprise Password Manager did a great job not only on sales but also on training, as they have training videos that make it very simple for users to understand how to use the password management portion.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, I evaluated other options.

What other advice do I have?

My advice for others looking into using Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is to have a great folder structure and define the right structures for the devices when it comes to servers, IP types, and types of IP devices like cameras, access control devices, and audio devices, with a good structure for the folders.

I give this review a rating of 8.5.

Centralized password management has improved security and simplifies multi-tenant user access

  • February 23, 2026
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is as a password manager for both professional and personal use, and I am also a platform admin.

On a daily basis, I use Keeper Enterprise Password Manager to provide support to MSPs to implement Keeper Enterprise Password Manager for them and especially for their clients, which includes training, giving best practices, discussing the strengths and weaknesses of the product, and explaining how to use it professionally as well as how to deploy it for their clients.

What is most valuable?

The best features that Keeper Enterprise Password Manager offers include multiplatform integration, ease of administration of the product for admins and therefore also for MSPs, and ease of use for end users.

The multiplatform integration and ease of administration of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager help me concretely in my daily work by allowing users to access their passwords on their PC, Mac, smartphone, and from the Internet, while the very granular access rights allow us to restrict the use of certain passwords, sharing, and external access to specific people, which significantly increases the level of security.

Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has had a positive impact on my organization by allowing us to deploy it to the teams fairly quickly and especially to have good user adoption within the teams thanks to its ease of use.

What needs improvement?

In my opinion, Keeper Enterprise Password Manager could be improved by allowing the creation of templates, basically role templates, that we could deploy to other clients without having to go through the Commander CLI, but rather through the graphical interface.

I chose the score of 8 specifically for Keeper Enterprise Password Manager because it could improve on alert management, online help which is not in French and can cause problems in our French-speaking market, and the fact that templates cannot be applied without going through the Commander CLI.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Keeper Enterprise Password Manager for about a year.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I evaluate the stability of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager as quite good, having noticed only one outage that lasted a few minutes, so I am satisfied with the reliability and access to the product.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I rate the scalability of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager as very good, and I consider that to be one of the product's strengths, allowing us to manage a large number of users via roles with quite interesting granularity.

How are customer service and support?

I find the customer support of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager to be extremely responsive and very effective; I have had to deal with them only a few times, but each time the answers were relevant and perfect.

As of today, I would give the customer support of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager a 10.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Before choosing Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, we evaluated Password Boss and tested the big players on the market, including 1Password and LastPass.

I preferred Keeper Enterprise Password Manager over Password Boss and other solutions tested on the market primarily because of the reliability of the product.

How was the initial setup?

I did not encounter any particular difficulties when setting up or deploying Keeper Enterprise Password Manager in my organization or at my clients.

What was our ROI?

I have noticed concrete results such as time savings for end users to log in, use it, and fill in passwords, and in terms of security, the BridgeWatch module allows us to have fairly advanced dark web monitoring and the alert management module enables us to create alerts for ourselves on certain types of events, which has clearly increased the level of security for our clients.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

The most important criteria in choosing Keeper Enterprise Password Manager over another solution include having a multi-tenant console allowing management of different clients, that the solution is full SaaS, and that integration with other tools is possible, along with the user experience.

What other advice do I have?

My advice to a company considering adopting Keeper Enterprise Password Manager is to clearly define user roles in order to reduce the attack surface as much as possible, ensuring that people who are, for example, interns, do not need to share passwords externally and do not need access to those passwords from outside, and to be very clear about the password strategy they want to implement. I gave Keeper Enterprise Password Manager an overall rating of 8.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Public Cloud

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Helps with password management and sharing

  • July 31, 2023
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

We use the solution for password management and sharing passwords. It's mainly for password security.

What is most valuable?

I like the tool's keyword editor and SSO

What needs improvement?

Keeper does not provide password management for mobile apps.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working with the solution for a couple of months.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

We haven't faced any downtime.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Keeper is scalable and we have about 500 users for it. We use the product daily. At least 150 people use it extensively daily.

How was the initial setup?

The tool's setup was easy and we have deployed it on the cloud. The deployment was quick and we completed it in less than a week. We have two teams one in the US and another in India. We first implemented Keeper in the US, got feedback, and then implemented it in India. The overall deployment took about four months to complete.

What other advice do I have?

I would rate Keeper an eight out of ten. It had all features that we wanted. The time taken for scaling up and knowledge transfer was zero.

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?
