SAP Sign avionics - Best Modeling Platform
What do you like best about the product?
SAP Signavio uses business process model and notation (BPMN) for modeling for process businesses,that very effectively improved our process excellence.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such nothing to dislike about SAP Signavio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are very much benefited by it's process modeling as we are able to take necessary decisions in time for process change applications. Helping in modeling processes for unstructured process.
SAP Signavio is the most comprehensive process management tool available.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is simple to use, adaptable to the project's objectives, and a convenient method to stay on top of things, especially when the team is participating. I enjoy how quickly and simply SAP Signavio resolves issues; this is a crucial aspect because most of us lack the time or resources to operate complicated software; instead, we want quick fixes. We frequently struggled with time management, and tasks used to be completed late. We were able to shorten our delivery timelines today thanks to the kanban cards, and we can now see what stage each project is in.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to get acclimated to and comfortable with the user interface, which can be problematic for certain team members who may find it overwhelming at first; it must be used for a while before being productive, I'd want to make it easier to conduct various operations, which can be fixed if other features, such as automation, are accessible. More customizing choices for the screen would be helpful, because we occasionally require more information, and being able to resize the graphics more would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team has been better organized with tasks, avoiding neglecting chores; another benefit is the simplicity with which the projects can be tracked. SAP Signavio assists us in standardizing the process; previously, generating emails and reminders required a lot of repetitive labor from office personnel; today, they can focus on exceptions and issue resolution to provide better customer care. About issues, I may highlight delays in internal project execution, a lack of insight into the phase in which a project is placed, and a lack of time control in each phase of the project. In terms of advantages, I had the answer to all of my concerns, as well as the happiness of my internal client.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of SAP Signavio which i liked the most, is the ability to test the strategies and compare possible business scenarios. Risk assessment for a particular process is a great feature. SAP best practices help to implement the strategy even for the complex processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SAP Signavio has evolved over time but I see still scope of improvement. Firstly, UI needs to be improved and can be more user friendly. Simulation performance can be enhanced further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Signavio helped us in process mining for the complex business process, We have seen a lot improvement in the current processes with the help of SAP Signavio. Modelling functionality helped us to test the scenerio and gave us the confidence before implementing in production.

Alot of departments were un organized and it was tough to track the Information and Work done and nothing was streamlined after signavio things are changed

User interface of the SAP Signavio is not as easy and other products in the market.

SAP Signavio is like process mining tool and what is the benifit of this tool, when can be used ?
What do you like best about the product?
SAP signvio is cloud based process management software which uses for process automation in their business and finding the business gaps etc. Signavio provide the graphical interface to create business model using BPMNand DMN notations. It is provide end to end process flow and process monitering.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wan to say very frankly, this software is some complex to usefor people who are not familiar with this tool or BPMN and DMN notations.some time clients may concern about security related questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP signavio is BPM software that helps to organization to build the model , analyze the process data and finding the business problems and support to clients for the automation if humans efforts are continuously working same things. It helps to run the process in right direction like FnA process, ITSM PROCESS etc.
Easy to use process manager with quick wins
What do you like best about the product?
The quick model feature in the process manager is perhaps the simplest and fastest way to get value out of Signavio. Without learning BPMN or other project management fundamentals, you can design a process collaboratively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quick model, as well as the model editor, have limitations around changing the sequence or editing existing steps. It would be beneficial to add at least an easy re-sequencing feature in the quick model. It is difficult to switch from model editor to quick-modeling if there are any inconsistencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving business process mapping in a collaborative manner, as well as integration with workflow and other tools. It is easy to get the team onboarded and work on initial flows.

Avoid the if conditions in your code and build a great model in GUI, makes the decision process more maintainable

The support and documentation are not up to date, had some issues adding new fields
