SAP Signavio is like process mining tool and what is the benifit of this tool, when can be used ?
What do you like best about the product?
SAP signvio is cloud based process management software which uses for process automation in their business and finding the business gaps etc. Signavio provide the graphical interface to create business model using BPMNand DMN notations. It is provide end to end process flow and process monitering.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wan to say very frankly, this software is some complex to usefor people who are not familiar with this tool or BPMN and DMN notations.some time clients may concern about security related questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP signavio is BPM software that helps to organization to build the model , analyze the process data and finding the business problems and support to clients for the automation if humans efforts are continuously working same things. It helps to run the process in right direction like FnA process, ITSM PROCESS etc.

Easy to use process manager with quick wins
What do you like best about the product?
The quick model feature in the process manager is perhaps the simplest and fastest way to get value out of Signavio. Without learning BPMN or other project management fundamentals, you can design a process collaboratively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quick model, as well as the model editor, have limitations around changing the sequence or editing existing steps. It would be beneficial to add at least an easy re-sequencing feature in the quick model. It is difficult to switch from model editor to quick-modeling if there are any inconsistencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving business process mapping in a collaborative manner, as well as integration with workflow and other tools. It is easy to get the team onboarded and work on initial flows.

Avoid the if conditions in your code and build a great model in GUI, makes the decision process more maintainable

The support and documentation are not up to date, had some issues adding new fields

The business logic is created using signavio and then used by java layer
Very convenient and easy to use or navigate, super easy to create process flow and explain

Bit cumbersome at times for complex flows.

Network topology flow and process involves in each steps.

The ease of tool to create flow for the business processes. The drag and drop makes it easy to design.

Not much help for errors in help section.

TO keep record of all the process in our team. It good for someone new in team to understand the business

- Sometimes some elements can be a bit clunky
- Adding custom images and aesthetics is not very user friendly

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At a large organisation, natural behaviour, logistics and specialised skill sets can lead to business areas working in silos and hindering transparency and communication across the company. Signavio helps us to break down these barriers and make each area's processes visible to the wider business, showing them what happens and who to go to should they need to make contact.
It helps with the day-to-day running of operations, increases everyone's knowledge of their own company and facilitates change at a far greater rate than ever before. It also helps us to promote consistency across the firm and get everyone talking the same process language as well as easily being able to comment on specific areas of processes using the functionality within the system.

My recommendation certainly, if you are even considering Signavio as an option, is to get in touch with them and allow them to show you the functionality and potential the system can have within your firm. No amount of reviews can communicate the scope of the tool and the range of benefits it along with it's partners, can bring you. Go to the source, see it in action and get your questions answered by the professionals
Powerful and agile Business Process Modelling Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-use interface and ability to configure according to your company requirements. Quick Model takes JAD sessions to a whole new level and the Simulation provides the capability to compare scenarios and therefore makes it very useful prior to implementing new processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Word Reporting functionality could be more streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By mapping business processes you get a holistic one source of the truth and can easily show integration between processes and systems. By adding attributes on diagram and process level you can enrich the process and have all the necessary information available to users on the Collaboration Hub.
Excellent BPM Solution that is user friendly and offers great collaboration features.
What do you like best about the product?
Signavio offers a top of the art BPM Solution that is easy to use. Users learn quickly how to use the product can easily be involved to the process design and development. Signavio deployment is efficient and well supported by the excellent sales and customer support team. The technical experts are quick to react to requests or questions regarding the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the navigation between process levels could be improved. Currently it is not intuitive to click between process levels.

We have been able to increase the process culture and awarness as well as the employee involvement with Signavio. We are looking forward to reaching the next milestones.

Great BPM tool with high acceptance among employees & very intuitive to use

+ high acceptance of the Signavio Collaboration Hub by our employees (what is the highest value for us)

What do you dislike about the product?
- some small graphical bugs, but they are addressed immediatly by Signavio to their product development team
- no stanard process model based on best practice included, but could be helpful in the beginning for unexperienced companies
- not the cheapest solution, but also high value (so for us thats fine)

--> employees love the intuitivity of collaboration hub and use it as their knowledge centre

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Signavio is very easy to learn and use for modelling processes. In addition it is also very easy to use for the Collaboration Hub users to have access to processes. We received from both user groups very positive feedback.
Due to COVID the deployment program took place remot via GoToMeeting. But it worked very well and the whole programm was well prepared and very helpful for us. We choose the premium deployment program, what allowed us to continue with monthly Q&A sessions with SIgnavio. This was very helpful for us and together with Signavio consultant it was more like a real team-work. We really appreciate that.

Powerful tool that combines process modeling, automation and process mining in one.
What do you dislike about the product?
The license model with its named users can be a barrier in an enterprise environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signavio's Process Modeler helps with the digital transformation of the company where complexity can be absorbed and managed. The tool supports the conceptual design of the ERP transformation and takes all influencing factors into account. This accelerates the project and increases the quality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to work efficiently and have fun doing it, then this is the right tool!
