Ease and control for ISO process

What do you like best about the product?
That it provides me with a clean overview and guidance on the components needed in ISO certification, and a status so I know if we're proceeding according to our plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor technical issues, which have been corrected after our feedback
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us better understand and coordinate the practicalities needed in ISO-certification process
