Enjoyable, smooth
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and integrates with a lot of the processes we have set up. high touch customer support and high reply rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is still a lot of work, and time consuming, but i guess this soc2 process is like that in nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i don't want to deal with the soc2 audit, and know nothing of the process.
