What do you like best about the product?

Multiple people can work on it at the same time, and it’s easy to learn and get started with.

What do you dislike about the product?

It doesn’t remember my adjustments. For example, every time I open it, I have to suppress certain parts of the sheet again.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

My boss uses it to list the projects we’re working on and to set goals. I add updates on our progress and milestones as we go. It keeps everything organized and makes our lives easier.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the automation in Smartsheet. You can define custom automations for most ideas and workflows. I also like the forms, they’re very user-friendly, straightforward to build, and easy for people to use. We have improved our process by using a Smartsheet to capture requests from users.

What do you dislike about the product?

Smartsheet is an external tool, and our company pays for us to use it. Our company could decide to switch to a different tool without any input from us.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Smartsheet has helped us streamline how we handle user requests. It’s saved our team time, and it also saves users time by making the process more efficient.

cant think of anything to dislike for the manner in which we use smartsheet - i know we dont use it to its full potential but it works well for what we need it to

It's highly customizable for the workflow my team and organization needs.

Sometimes, it's not quite as intuitive as something like Excel is.

Project tracking for specific customers. This is useful to my team because we track a lot of projects with different team members that are all at different stages.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how simple it is, much simpler than Excel. It’s easy to add or delete lines and create indentations for lists under a single heading. It also helps me stay organized, especially since I manage numerous spreadsheets for each facility I recruit for.

After using Excel for so many years, it’s been difficult to learn, but there isn’t anything about it that I dislike.

Smartsheet keeps me organized by keeping all the information I need in one place. I use it every day as a task list, and I also rely on it to communicate data to my agencies.

It’s a digital online platform where you can upload files.

Formulas are not always achievable, especially when it comes to time and time calculations.

It’s very flexible, and I can use it for multiple purposes. What I especially love is its predecessor feature-it’s been super helpful in my line of work.

The only downside I’ve noticed is that when I download a sheet for offline use, the formatting ends up getting messed up.

I’m a project manager, and Smartsheet is the primary tool I use at my company to create project plans and track progress. It makes it easy for all team members to collaborate in Smartsheet while still keeping everything organized.

It functions similarly to Excel which is more commonly used.

The formatting can be an issue sometimes and the way at which you can access the data in the columns can be difficult

It is helping multiple staff to track data and upload supporting documents for multiple topics.

What do you like best about the product?

Use of a dashboard with the ability to link many types of documents and creating forms. In other words, one stop with a lot of options.

Not to compare, but I wish it had the same or similar options like excel does.... sorting, formatting the page and multiple tabs

Using forms and collecting data seamlessly. Time saver and efficient - less paper and easy to organize

What do you like best about the product?

I use Smartsheet for all aspects of my work with PSA, and it's essential to our business. I love how all of our linked sheets are valuable because they populate from one to the next. This is crucial for our fully remote team, allowing everyone to see what we need. I also appreciate how 'smart' Smartsheet is. It's incredible with its formulas and the ability to auto-trigger emails and other tasks, which helps us collaborate with clients and vendors. I find the formulas, functions, forms, Microsoft Teams integration, and Google integration extremely valuable.

What do you dislike about the product?

This was my first time using it with PSA so I would have really appreciated better learning and training manuals. It looks very daunting at first. I would have appreciated tools that pop into your email as soon as you make the account. Hard at first. There were lots of different teams we had to figure out how to use and train our clients and partners too.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Smartsheet to track projects, get approvals, trigger DocuSign, and link with Google Drive. It helps our remote team by linking sheets that populate from one to the next, so everyone can see what they need.
