Sprout Social is an essential tool for my agency.
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Sprout Social is its seamless integration of social media management tools that make my agency's workflow incredibly efficient. The platform’s user-friendly interface allows us to easily schedule, monitor, and engage across multiple social channels, all in one place. The detailed analytics provided by Sprout give us actionable insights, helping us refine our strategies and demonstrate clear ROI to our clients. It's not just about managing posts; it's about having a comprehensive understanding of our social media impact, which Sprout makes possible with minimal hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I’ve encountered with Sprout Social is the occasional delay in accessing new API features, which can sometimes slow down the implementation of new strategies. However, I understand that this is due to external factors beyond their control, and they consistently work to integrate updates as soon as possible, ensuring that we’re always equipped with the best tools available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is solving the challenge of efficiently managing multiple social media accounts across various platforms, which can be overwhelming and time-consuming. By providing a centralized dashboard for scheduling, monitoring, and engaging, it significantly reduces the manual effort involved in social media management. The platform’s robust analytics also solve the problem of tracking and proving the effectiveness of social strategies, enabling us to make data-driven decisions that enhance client satisfaction and agency performance. Overall, Sprout Social streamlines our operations, saves time, and helps us deliver better results for our clients.

I like the various features that make monitoring social media and collecting insights a breeze. I like the Sprout is constantly updgrading its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while for information to integrate and that can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to know what type of content is working and what time to post. Sprout has helped us immensely with that.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been a game-changer for our team. The internal tagging for campaigns, contests, and takeovers makes it easy to stay organized and keep everyone on the same page. The Smart Inbox feature ensures we never miss a message, and the Listening Tool keeps us connected to the trends and conversations that matter most. Plus, the team-friendly design has enhanced our collaboration, making it easier to hit our social media goals together. My team is constantly in the program utilizing the inbox, listening tool or publishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a state agency, we work within the bounds set by our state government. This means that sometimes it is difficult for us to be able to buy multiple log-ins. It would be awesome to see more friendly workspace access applied that can include multiple users without paying for separate access points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has been a tremendous help in managing our community, making it easy to engage with our audience and respond to their needs quickly. The reporting features provide clear, actionable insights, allowing us to measure the impact of our efforts and refine our strategy. Publishing content is also seamless, with scheduling tools that keep our campaigns on track and ensure our messages reach the right people at the right time.

Sprout Social helps us to streamline our social media calendar, with a growing team this tool comes in very handy to keep the overview.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some formats like documents and carousels aren't yet supported through Sprout Social. This still needs to be publisled natively on for example LinkedIn. It would be great if in future this could be supported as well.

The program never has any error's and it works like it's supposed to, it's also very fast and user friendly.

There is not a single thing that i dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
I am new to Sprout Social, but I have had a good experience so far. I like the abundance of features and capabilities, the tag feature, and how I can manage and track performance in reports. I haven't had any experience with customer support yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides has been the processing speed. I don't know why, but the app seems to lag really badly. Also, I don't love that I have to duplicate the Instagram account instead of being able to edit it in draft mode. I was accustomed to this feature with Hubspot. So, this is an annoying downside.

Sprout is a replacement for our social media hub, allowing us to plan, publish, and create content in one place for our various brands and accounts.

Easy to Navigate for First Timer
What do you like best about the product?
The benefit of Sprout Social is the ease of use for a first timer. So easy to navigate around the site - posting, scheduling and reporting was both easy to find and easy to operate. Appreciated the support pages and the ability to glance quickly at week/month view, while moving between brand pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Will keep using Sprout Social for sure.

Solves the issue of scheudling posts, especially stories/reels, in advance of time. Very time saving!
Great tool for social insights!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can find anything you're looking for, it's super intuitive. The social listening tool and smart inbox are great for staying on top of all conversations regarding your brand. Your assigned Sprout Contact is always available to answer any questions or concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish one could see more in-depth analytics on what's performing and why.

It gives you performance and insights into every social platform and post. In the past, I had to take all the analytics platform by platform.
