What do you like best about the product?
It’s a very convenient cloud-based way to store and share files within an organization, or even with specific individuals you invite. You can share files with the right permissions, and benefit from its security features that help keep your files protected. I can also say it’s user-friendly software, with integration that connects to your other accounts like Google, etc. Its intelligent features make sharing and storing files faster and more straightforward. It performed well for business or group sharing, It has a free basic subscription can store up to 2gb, but for some who uses more storage the pricing starts at $9 is somehow higher from what I can see, but because of the support system, I can say that its reasonable price for the subscription.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation of the storage for the free basic subscription. But aside from that I haven't encounter any problem using it and getting support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solve the problem for file storage and sharing, the convenient of its user friendly features. This is really helpful for personal and business use

Reliable, Fast File Syncing with Smooth Collaboration
Reviewed on Aug 08, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
File syncing is reliable and fast across my devices, and shared folders plus link sharing make team collaboration straightforward. The integrations with tools like Slack and Zoom also save time and keep my daily workflows moving smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some third-party integrations feel clunky and occasionally sync slowly with larger files, especially on shared team folders. Performance can lag when handling a high volume of files at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of scattered, inconsistent files across multiple devices and team members. Before using it, we dealt with version confusion, lost work, and constant back-and-forth over email attachments. Now, everyone works from the same synced folder, so updates are automatic and everyone always has the latest version. This has made collaboration much smoother, especially when working with external partners who need quick access to shared files. It's also saved time by cutting out manual file transfers and reduced the risk of losing important work due to local storage issues or device failures.

Easy Storage and Sharing, Needs Better Integration
Reviewed on Aug 03, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Dropbox is a free tool that I can use, and it really helps free up space from my personal hard drives. It makes file sharing much easier, especially when I need to send photographs to family members. I also enjoy the flexibility of logging on via a URL without always needing the app, which is particularly useful if I have to use someone else's or a public computer. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, which was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think if Dropbox had better integration with email, it would be great. When I use a product like Google Drive, it feels seamless because I can easily go between Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs since they are all part of one big platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox frees up my local storage by keeping files online, simplifies file sharing, and offers easy access via URL without needing the app.

Occasionally the folder structure can get confusing when sharing with others, and it takes extra time to make sure everyone has the right access.

Dependable Tool for File Management and Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox mainly for storing and organizing links, and sharing files. It makes it easy to keep documents accessible across different devices and share files with teammates or clients without needing to send large attachments. The simple interface makes it easy to find and manage files. I appreciate the collaboration features and the ability to access important documents from anywhere. The reliability of Dropbox is something I value a lot. It makes managing and accessing files simple, organized, and reliable, and the automatic syncing across multiple devices is extremely useful. I can work from different locations without worrying about carrying my files manually or keeping track of multiple versions. Sharing documents and collaborating with others is easy, and sharing large files through secure links is more convenient than sending email attachments. The search and organization features also help me keep important information in one place and quickly find what I need. The overall convenience that Dropbox brings to my daily workflow is invaluable. It reduces the time spent searching for files, managing storage, and coordinating document sharing. The ability to quickly upload, organize, and access files from anywhere makes it a dependable productivity tool. I also appreciate the smooth experience across devices and the way Dropbox keeps everything updated automatically. Features like file preview, sharing controls, and recovery options add extra value when handling important documents. The setup process was very easy, straightforward, and user-friendly, with the interface providing clear guidance, making it easy to understand how to access files across devices. Overall, Dropbox feels like a reliable and user-friendly platform that simplifies file management and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the pricing high compared to other storage options, especially for users who need more storage and advanced features. Apart from pricing, I feel Dropbox could improve its user experience when managing large amounts of data; file organization sometimes takes more effort to quickly locate parts. Improvements in organizing and smarter content management would make the experience smoother. I'd like to see better performance with very large files or folders and enhanced visibility statuses when working on large projects. Additionally, customization and control over the user experience could be improved, like having more options for organizing the dashboard, customizing workflows, and managing notifications based on individual preferences. Enhanced collaboration tools with more advanced options for team communication and document management, as well as better integration with other productivity platforms, would also be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the challenge of keeping files organized, accessible, and easily shareable across devices. It prevents managing multiple document copies, allows for efficient collaboration, and ensures I can access important documents anytime without data worries.
