Great onboarding, pricicing is quite flexible and transparent. I was able to set up the connector in les than 5 minutes

I used Dataddo to export GA3 data to BigQuery, it worked well however the range time was too limited. So I had to launch the export in small batches

Nice team, slightly hard to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Got lots of assistance from the team, they were open to helping with setup on a personal basis after purchasing a one year subscription.
What do you dislike about the product?
The team isn't specialized in some of the data sources, making it difficult and putting the burden of organizing the data entirely on the customer. This makes it hard to leverage the full capability of the tool.

I used Dataddo to pull in social media data to a Dashboard. It was very easy to set up and the product worked consistently with no hiccups.

I wish there was an option between the free plan and the $99/month plans.

Reliable, Intuitive and Robust ETL Tool for Data Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dataddo for the past two years and it has been an exceptional ETL provider, helping me funnel data from multiple third-party platforms to power our business metrics. Its intuitiveness allows seamless integration and data management. What stands out to me the most is the dashboard, which has been an essential tool in error detection and troubleshooting, simplifying my tasks immensely. Furthermore, the staff and support team have been readily available at all times, making the experience smooth and efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
In my two-year journey with Dataddo, I have yet to come across a significant issue that was not swiftly resolved by their responsive support team. My experience has been largely positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dataddo has been invaluable in solving the problem of integrating data from third-party platforms that no other ETL tool was able to connect with. This has made it the most reliable solution available for my specific needs.

Comprenhensive, affordable and great technical support.

Sources are not set-up in the same way, and specific knowledge is needed. It can be frustraiting the difficulty of replicanting different sources.

What do you like best about the product?
Wide selection of integrations and weekly data synchronization, all available on the free plan for our simple business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
You must pay a premium to sync historical data, which is a bit of a downside if you're just getting started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped solve a major issue we were facing with linking data between our two platforms (Act-On and PowerBI), without paying the hefty premiums other platforms were demanding!
Excellent Product, Sometimes Unstable Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The integration between the sources and destinations worked exactly as needed for my team (we use it right now for reporting purposes). There was no other solution out there that was quite like what Dataddo offered that was in the same price tier, which made it very attractive to us. It was a smooth onboarding experience (all entirely self-serve, which was a plus for us). Support was helpful when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are issues with the platform, it's a little cumbersome to troubleshoot the error (sometimes the error is unidentifiable without talking through it with support). Errors can be frequent depending on the source and destination (we mainly utilized it to pull data from sources into Google Sheets and a reporting API). I'm sure this will vary depending on what you're trying to connect in the platform, but it was still frustrating when it occurred.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dataddo efficiently pulls data from disparate sources and pushes them to our reporting platform with minimal effort at a cost-effective price. Instead of spending hours pulling data, it's (for the most part) all handled by the platform.
