Does a lot, not well, but a lot
What do you like best about the product?
That it really does offer you the ability to do everything from project management to communication, to reviews. The suite really does offer you an array of options that work well for both creative and marketing departments
What do you dislike about the product?
if you do everything, there's a large change you that you won't do it well. This isn't a stab at the product but I certainly find myself looking for projects for about half the time that it takes me to actually do the task. There is so much built in that there are parts that are flawed. Also, this grinds my gears..there is no approved with changes button which allows projects to go on for longer than they would in other programs

What do you like best about the product?
Wrike has a function called project tree that we love, because we can organize our work without cumbersome complications, this is what we were looking for when purchasing this product, in the same way we like the mobile application that allows us to execute and access from wherever we want and Backup in the Cloud, has several features such as its large diagram and, the taskbar in which we can navigate through different teams and groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain setbacks of integration with other tools, more, however, has not been something that generates problems or delay, my team knows how to solve every nuisance, the important thing is to take the work forward and manage our projects with the advantages and features that Wrike offers us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike as software for project management has solved the problems we had in the past such as the delay in each daily task, or not being able to manage well the ideas that were presented, and for which we decided to use this tool, its customer service is of great help and although it is very easy to use they are always ready to evaluate every doubt that is offered to us, and we are sure that they will continue innovating.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For all those who want and require for your company to manage a large number of projects, of course this platform is indicated, jointly offers several ways to acquire it.

Your option to add tasks in several folders, makes me have an order of what I really want to do and what I need to distribute to have a project that advances in optimal conditions

Wrike seems to me the best software that can be in the project management solution because it makes everything easier to do, it has absolutely all the tools that I need to manage each project, it does not lack anything, they created this software that they have thought about each tool that would serve for all tasks and I have it in one place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has a project planning with the delivery dates stipulated from the beginning to know from the beginning how much time there is for the realization of the project and have the idea of whether the work will be intense or with enough time for the realization of each one

What do you like best about the product?
The UI of Wrike is fast and modern and I like the ability to manage items in both cards and lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always easy for me to figure out "what's next" to work on (I use it as a to-do list as well) so I ended up writing my own integration into my to-do list manager (Todoist).
Unfortunately; Wrike doesn't offer Webhooks for this and the integration into Zapier wasn't cutting it so I rolled my own Webhooks and Todoist integration.

What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is extremely well thought out and has numerous features as well as other SaaS integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the formatting could be better and I would like to see better signoff controls as a project moves through the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management was in Excel. People spent days a month updating the excel reports and things got lost. We are now more productive and few things get lost.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface I like since it is intuitive and very easy to manipulate, its mobile application and its desktop application is very useful. It is also excellent that they can be added to multiple projects with multiple people and different observers. The view of the calendar helps to have a planning in advance of busy times. Another positive feature is that since the navigator works well, no downloads are needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function seems to be collapsed when results are obtained, in addition to providing too many updates when working on a project. Adding that it is significantly large with many features, so it may cost your training at the beginning. The costs can be high if you want to add full licenses and constant notifications are extremely overwhelming. It would be nicer to put buttons more strategically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program Wrike is being used in Agro Zaffiro LLP to manage various projects, request tasks and their continuous monitoring, thus addressing several solutions in the administration, information and review of the tasks performed. In addition to having utility as a tool for marketing approval and its respective creation in volume of personalized projects.

Wrike can work wonderfully if what is sought is creativity, organization, flexibility and follow-up on tasks, considering that it is customizable, it has many forms of perception and administration of projects; It is highly important for teams to collaborate with each other, either by editing the files together.

It is a platform that contains all the necessary tools to manage projects in which many people from different areas are involved, it is ideal for creative teams, you can track through Gantt diagram, calendars, structure the organization of information in folders, which makes it easy for you to organize and assign tasks to the team.

You need some time of training before starting to use it, this can be an obstacle if you need to start quickly to execute the project.

We love to use productive tools that help us create the structure of our communication strategies, we always see each strategy as a project because they involve various channels of communication, involves work in social media, print media, press conferences, intervene administrative areas and logistics, has been incredible as we could support us with this platform to organize everything, the team is always willing and clear of their tasks and times of execution, has been the ultimate in project management for us.

is a very useful tool that allows you to manage and organize projects, in a very dynamic way which helps the work team is organized in a way and thus improve the performance and skill of the same.

I think the most relevant and uncomfortable inconvenience I had while using the tool is that its configuration is a bit complex to handle and understand, but with a little effort I managed to understand it and handle it in an effective way.

Can’t go wrong with Wrike
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the Wrike program! It is user-friendly, scalable, and customizable to fit my personal preferences. I also love that it has made my job so much easier because I am able to have all my tasks in one location and navigate through them seamlessly on desktop or mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because my job is very project-based, I often need reminders of a project while I’m currently in the middle of one. I wish Wrike had a pop-up reminder feature that would show up on the desktop or mobile instead of me having to go into the program and view my to-do list or calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike is helping us to view the organization as one big network instead of segmented or departmentalized parts. This allows us to see how decisions affect other areas of the organization as opposed to thinking of it in a vacuum. It also allows more accountability and transparency on projects.

Get to know the program features very well as it will make your life so much easier.
Wrike for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the gantt chart function. It allows me to adjust project timelines easily. We have a lot of projects that are very interdependent....you can't start on your part of the project until a previous task is signed off on. It's great to be able to adjust timelines as portions of a project are completed and also allows everyone to quickly check in on where the project is at. I also really like subtasks, and the way that you can assign subtasks to different people. Once again our office is very collaborative and each project has many people involved so this is a great function. We've been able to hone in on how long different tasks take using the time tracking function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wrike is a pretty in-depth product, and I do find that it takes time to get used to and to train people on. Sometimes tasks that are nested within other tasks can be hard to find. Although I love that you can customize your dashboard, i also felt like it could be a bit confusing when everyone on my team had a slightly different interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and time tracking. It's helped us project timelines more efficiently. It's also helped us to more evenly distribute workloads because we can quickly assess who has what on their plate. Overall I think it has increased efficiency and reduced confusion in the workplace. I have seen the biggest benefit on the management side.....it helps project leads effectively plan, manage and track projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Wrike is a great tool for a mid-size office. It is highly customizable features and allows you to tailor the tool to your team's specific needs. It does take a while to learn the program and become efficient at it.... it can feel a little complicated at times.
