What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the request form set up to streamline all subtasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having milestone due dates in a single task has caused more subtasks to be used for each task, adding complications and inefficiencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike helps us organize and collaborate on projects. The one major benefit is that it's a centralized program that gives all team members visibility on status or tasks/projects.

It helps me in filtering the due dates and also helps agents to stay on the top of daily responsibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without careful settings, users can miss critical updates among non-essential noise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get a automated reminders, due dates, and dashboards highlight overdue. Agents can tag team members, comment directly on the tasks and attach screenshots.
