The most Flexible Project Management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike understands that project management is about process. Identify the process gaps within your organization or team can have huge impact on productivity and time management. We were able to build process between teams and leverage the system to deliver projects on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I disliked because Wrike is built to fit your needs. The only complaint that I had was the file management aspect and they did a good job of reacting to their customers needs and updated the technology to accommodate those needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to build process between teams and leverage the system to deliver projects on time. It solved the issue of productivity and accountability by providing visibility that the team did not have before.

My job as project manager is made much easier using Wrike.
What do you like best about the product?
I can set up and assign tasks to complete projects, I can post completion dates and store vital information in such a way that it is easy to access in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see different statuses saved in different folders. Instead, when the status is changed it affects all folders involved in the project. This has been confusing and irritating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike has helped the team members all work together and collaborate. Everyone can see the tasks and when they are completed. Wrike has kept everything and everyone organized and prioritized based on deadlines.
Wrike - What Powers the Backend to our Agency
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is a powerful organizational tool that allows us to directly proof, approve, and inform team members of changes to any particular production.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wrike has its challenges, mostly on the end-user experience as some clients have difficulty learning the platform to approve projects and requires one-on-one training most of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our issues were solved by implementing Wrike over three years ago when we noticed a severe problem with follow-ups and information being passed to upper management. In a short period of time we were able to solve a plethora of problems from lack of follow ups to files being lost and updated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's important to know that for large scale teams it will require a dedicated leader for training and implementation on the platform. It's only as good as you train your staff to use it properly.
Amazing PM Software with Awesome Proofing Feature!
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many great things about Wrike! But two favorites are 1) proofing feature and 2) it time and date stamps all conversations within Wrike, like a newsfeed. Proofing is done within Wrike as well and both of these things eliminate the need for emails outside of Wrike. Literally EVERYTHING can be done for a project within Wrike! And you can have as many apprivers as you want on a proof and they can all be proofing at the sane time, and communicate with each other while proofing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it has automated emails sent out to approvers on a proof to remind them the proof is due within so many days and the day before and day of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and Approvals happen MUCH quicker and less time is spent tracking emails and more accountability across the entire organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You won’t be sorry you got Wrike! Amazing and easy to set up and use! And.......this is huge..,,,,24/7 customer service!!!!!
Extremely flexible CMS and todo list
What do you like best about the product?
The todo list features; the tree content layout; the template system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to not like. Sometimes the permissions get in the way.

Collaborate with other people on my team.
Easy to use, but missing some features
What do you like best about the product?
When paired with a knowledgable project manager, Wrike is a fantastic project management tool for either a small group or a large department.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no folders, only projects. It gets very hard to find a document in the mess of projects after a while.
Also, while it allows for reviews of documents and images, it does not allow you to manage who can comment or see the files (unlike Workfront, which does). This has led to some confusion about how final a file is when it is uploaded to the project.
There are certain access levels, but anyone can make change to due dates, folders, permissions, etc. so it is easy to tamper with.
There was not adequate training, by neither Wrike or by our PMs, and team members who do not understand the tool have decided not to use it, or to use it differently. More training would be a huge plus, given how robust this tool can deceivably be.

Members of our department were not happy with Workfront, so we were searching for a project management tool that was easy to understand and pick up, while being robust enough to customize to fit the needs of our PMs. Wrike solved mostly that. Their calendars and dashboards have made it very easy to organize tasks.
Extremely Powerful and Flexible Tool to Organize Work
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike uses a tagging (rather than folder) system to organize projects. It allows for an enormous amount of flexibility in how you organize projects. It has integrated time tracking, and great reporting features. The UI is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the price point has become unsustainable for small companies and start ups. The mobile app also wasn't great the last time I tried to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to organize the fulfillment of hundreds of projects. It really is Enterprise grade stuff.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to add tasks, delegate, and make sure every little thing gets done.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little tricky to figure out a first, and I'm not a big fan of the boards view. other than that, it's very likeable because you can customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to share projects and tasks across the whole company. It makes it easy to share and delegate tasks.
Great way to collaboratively work on a task
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can assign tasks to specific people. It is easy to understand and can be conveniently done. Because the page is updated very fast, people can work collaboratively which makes the work process very efficient. I also like how fast the support person was. When I had to be transferred to another team on Wrike, there were some difficulties. However, the support person got back to us in minutes and thus I was able to get unboard very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it takes a while for a new user to become used to the menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently in a publishing industry (education technology) and we have many many files that have to be checked (because we have different chapters for each grade and each state). Using write makes organization easy and it also helps collaborative work because it takes many people to edit one copy of a book and it will take too much time to wait till one person is done with a file.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy to collaborate with team members regardless of their location while also ensuring that projects stay on schedule while managing competing priorities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team doesn't have a clear procedure for managing our naming procedures.

Wrike helps us as a project management solution and also allows us to review project requests for business value before saying yes to everything.
