WRIKE PLATFORM.
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike software is an amazing platform for project management which has greatly transformed my company. First,Wrike software is a cloud based software which has helped my team to access organization data anytime at all levels. Secondly, Wrike software has greatly enhanced collaboration between users and department which has ensured confidentiality in delivering services.Also Wrike software being web-based platform it has greatly improved online proofing within my organization as well as resources management regime. Also Wrike software is impressive tool in tracking and reporting workflow within my organization. Wrike software also has stipulated features which enhances integration with other software's. Its an amazing software .
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, this is an excellent platform for project management and it has been a game changer within my company. Though it's an amazing software we have faced some downfalls using it. One of the elements I don't like is the aspects of pricing regime, it's expensive for small projects to afford and manage. Also sometimes it's slow in delivering services since it lacks upgrading. My concern is that the Wrike management team to check on those aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My teams was always complaining about poor integration with other software's, poor collaboration of users, poor flexibility and insufficient features to perpetuate project management. Wrike software has greatly transformed all project management platforms within my organization and has implemented great changes in project development.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Are you looking for amazing and perfect web-based project management software! Wrike software is the best option. Personally I have used Wrike software and it has transformed all project management within my organization. It's an excellent project management platform. I highly recommend Wrike software.

What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is a system that has given us great security because during the time of use we have the peace of mind that our information is very well protected. For the members of the company it has been very easy to learn to use Wrike, and it attracted the attention of all the work colleagues. It is very attractive and it was very nice to have implemented it. The installation was very simple and all the business processes could be executed with great accuracy. The development of the projects requires graphic reports and diagrams and daily updates to be evaluated in real time and thanks to Wrike the work teams involved by project and for each phase of them can correct, review, suggest, contribute, delete or eliminate. It helps us in the exchange of information between departments of the same company. Now there are no delays in the delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual reports. Wrike is a marvel since it has allowed us to separate each of the activities, supplies, results and trials, in addition to our inventories are kept up to date knowing when a replacement is required. But never the stock of inventories has remained at zero without realizing, thanks to Wrike. Productivity was significantly increased, as well as the volume of sales. The results requested by the clientele have not had more delays, reflected in an increase in the number of applications. We are very satisfied with the achievements obtained through the Wrike.
What do you dislike about the product?
To achieve the additional level of security there was a long delay in receiving the verification code for authentication. Several failed attempts were made until we were able to receive the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We improve the performance and now our projects are more successful, we can even invoice without setbacks and quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If, together with Wrike, they have other programs installed, if you have any doubts, remove them gradually to assess the scope that Wrike has, you will be surprised by the results and the scope of this tool.
Fantastic for managing complex projects, but add-ons are pricey
What do you like best about the product?
It’s intimidating for most at first, but once on boarded they love it. It takes all the heavy lifting out of managing large projects, or those with many moving parts or stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wrike hasn’t had a substantial update for years. The interface is a little dated, and some things are organized in a strange way. Once you learn the ropes, it’s fine... but they seem more concerned with adding functionality through (paid) add-ons than improving the core product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large project management is easier with wrike. Teams can collaborate fluidly with it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s a heavyweight option, but replaces so many others. Consider standardizing it, and rapidly building an army of advocates who can help each other.

What do you like best about the product?
For the most part, I really like this product. It has allowed us to organize, group, and assign projects to our team and has really helped us to be more organized. I like the fact that it has a simple and pleasant look with lists. It is easy to create a task and assign it to yourself or someone else, set dates, change priorities, add attachments, links, format text in the task description, and group them into folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features make it an excellent product, and every time I contact technical support, they essentially try to sell us a plan at a different level that still doesn't solve the problem we're encountering. What's funny is that it will gladly inform you if someone has assigned you a task... but if you assign a task to someone who marks it as completed... it won't tell you. It waits for all the subtasks to be completed, then tells you after a while that you can mark the task as completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep the entire life of my project in Wrike and create a link to Evernote as a reference library (by placing links in each project as needed), as well as in Google Docs / Sheets - integrated directly into Wrike. They also have a Zapier integration that allows me to add new Google contacts directly into a lightweight CRM folder so I can track them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advise others to explore this application, it is really useful if they can take the time to teach themselves how to use it.
Great Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Wrike is that I can plan big with tasks and subtasks. It also operates like my calendar, and I know that if I add it to Wrike -- I won't forget about it. I also like that it eliminates the need for paper and hours of inter-office communication just to get organized. I find it very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I really dislike is the ability to create recurring tasks -- I feel this feature, while it exists, is a little glitchy. It makes me nervous that it won't carry over all the subtasks, so I generally do this part manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating long-term goals with daily and weekly tasks. Keeping everyone on the same page. Being able to track where everyone is and help out if needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend this project for large or small companies - we find it very useful.
One month in and I'm hooked
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Wrike has taken the trial and error out of collaboration, project management, to-do lists, document sharing and general teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say this is a dislike exactly, but it's probably taking me a little longer than the rest of my team to get the hang of it because Wrike's functions are so vast. I must be a little slower at figuring out all these tech functions and customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Within a matter of weeks, we have improved efficiency - from the start of a task to completion. We are reducing duplication of work, and that has been amazing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are using the spreadsheet method to keep up with planning and monthly tasks, you need to switch now! If you are an editor who receives documents through email, which you either have to download or save to Google Drive, this is a much better option for efficiency.
Using Wrike in a Marketing and Communications setting
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike has worked to bring our team of marketing strategists, designers, copy writers and web and social teams into one central project management system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit clunky... projects have a minimum of one day. In the real world, we know projects can start and finish before lunch. It would be nice to setup projects that occur over a few hours just to track them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Wrike, only our design team was in a project management system. The entire team was in deep with the level of excessive email and needed a system to organize everyone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The on boarding process was a bit clunky as well... they need to work closer with the teams to have some training that make more of a practical application.

I love that it allows you to organize, assign projects in a very dynamic and easy way which allows the organization of the projects to be more practical. In addition, it allows you to create tasks in a simple way.

is a tool of much use and general is quite good and efficient, but something that for me is not useful is that when you finish a task will not notify you only when all the other subtasks have been completed is that you would notify that the task has been completed
