What do you like best about the product?
Wrike was easy to transition to from our previous system and was quick to adjust to. It is something I refer to every day, sometimes multiple times in my work. It allows for workflow to be automated and also gives you control of how detailed the steps you include are. It was easy to implement in my work routine and integrated well with the way we complete work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel like there are a few too many steps at times to get to what I am looking for, but you can manage your dashboard to ensure you have quick access to what you use regularly.

I'd like it if there was a more standard dashboard that was automatically able to set up - there's so many views you can use that it feels overly complex sometimes.

Very easy implementation. Our Account Developer Manager has been a great resource for customer support. Learning hub videos are very useful in onboarding new staff.
