It doesn't need any additional configuration inside the AMI. Just open required ports (port 80 to Nginx reverse proxy and port 22 to ssh) using security group permissions for your EC2 instance to get Sentry server up and running. Very nice answer from author when asking for update to a newer version of Sentry.
