Streamlined Project Management, Minor Upload Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Procore streamlines all the information into one location, making it easy to share needed information with my team quickly and accurately. I find the initial setup super easy, which is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading the drawings sometimes can be wonky. It's slow to upload, and then classifying and approving can be difficult as I have to review and add to each page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procore to create projects and make specs and drawings available for my field employees. It streamlines all info to one location, making it easy to quickly and accurately share needed info with my team.
Effortless Uploads, Seamless RFI Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Procore primarily for uploading drawings, and I find it easy to use. I like the amount of different items it offers. I also appreciate the ability to upload drawings and specifications efficiently. The initial setup was very easy, which I found beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading the app can be an issue sometimes, and there was a problem with the certification not loading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I upload drawings and manage RFI questions easily with Procore.
Great Construction Software, But Training Needs to Be More Hands-On and Tailored
What do you like best about the product?
I like the capabilities and customizations of their business functions. Their software is truly built for the construction industry. The support system behind their team is attractive also. Lastly, their pricing model is effective and cheaper is the software is used more. It's easy to follow and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training could be a bit more hands on. The customization of the software is so impressive, I almost think a specific training tailored to an individual company would be more effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping my company solve a large national account with reach across 21 states. Procore helps us centralize our reporting and improve our performance.

Having to filter between job side and company side and to remember if a needed selection has been set up yet

360 Reporting allows us to create crafted reports with headings we need most
Easy-to-Follow Videos With Flexible Playback Speed
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to follow, and you could choose the speed that you watch the videos.

I did not like that the photos were sometimes not readable. They may want to get some more clear images.

I am learning how to use the system. It will help me keep a good workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Drawings tool because it ensures that everyone is using the same current plan set. The distribution capabilities make it easy to distribute project documents and communications to the appropriate parties on the project. I find the RFI tool very helpful as it provides access to all subs and stakeholders, which removes the worry of missing someone who needed the information provided in the RFI. The integration of the change management and budget tools simplifies reconciling the budget by automatically carrying forward the impacts of changes, providing both context and visibility.

The training courses should provide an option to test out for people intimately familiar with the workings of Procore.
