Taking your learning management to a higher level
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience for our clients is great - we continue to receive compliments on the way our courses are displayed on our website. Also, the ability to customize the look and feel to make it our own is very robust. The hosting service itself is extremely stable which is extremely important for our clients since we preach 'always available' - and Docebo is always available. The Notifications feature is an excellent communications tool between us and our clients, keeping them aware of the latest offerings.
The staff provides excellent customer service and it's obvious that they are dedicated to their product and their company.

What do you dislike about the product?
We push the envelope on reporting and analytics - in this area, the reporting tool can be improved in more ways to extract the critical client data that is in the system so that we can look at ways to view this data and react accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to easily upload our learning materials to Docebo and present them to our clients. In turn, our clients now have one place where all of their training needs can be met easily and at any time. We have seen a steady increase in the number of our clients who are now using our system over the past 2 years which allows us to realize the higher number of clients we are training from this system. It's a win-win situation!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask to speak with actual users of Docebo and discuss their experience with the product. I'm sure this will convince you to purchase this product.
Easy to use and understand. Lots of features.
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is easy to use and understand. The implementation period is great. You really learn a lot and are left in a good position to continue on after implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the ticket system and how quickly things are fixed could be worked on. We waited 3 months for a but to be fixed and the original ETA for the big fix was only 1 month. Bugs in the system really should be prioritized and not take any longer than a week to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Do who has helped us reach all our employees nation wide and get everyone involved in training.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and intuitive the platform is, at first there was a learning curve, but as with any software jump in and poke around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the eCommerce functionality needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are teaching the American tax preparer how to accurately and ethically prepare returns.

take the plunge, they're great and always updating.
Forward-Thinking Company with Easy to use Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Our employees find Docebo easy to use. We leverage features like the self-service Training Catalog to provide resources and standardize the training experience. The platform is easy to navigate and allows for administrators to publish a variety of media types and track progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the areas that we are looking forward to additional improvements is Docebo's reporting tools. There are several out-of-the-box and configurable reporting options and since launching, new features have been released too. We look forward to more improvements to help us monitor employee progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are leveraging Docebo to standardize the training experience by using automation to build groups and assignments to employees with similar attributes. Regardless of an employee's "home base" they have access to the same tools as others to help them learn to do their job.
A solid constantly evolving platform with a few issues.

Most features of the platform are well documented and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are poorly thought out and are lacking functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve been able to make our offerings look a lot more attractive. The platform as a whole is very handsome and our clients have commented they like the look and feel.

Make sure the features you are wanting to use work completely. Our WebEx integration and other features don’t work completely.

Docebo offers a very comprehensive and simplistic platform that users feel compelled and excited to come back to.
The very user friendly front end for learners enables training beyond other platforms specifically through Docebo’s innovation in the L&D space and intensive social learning.
It gets better, the user confidence in Docebo is all driven by an equally easy to navigate back end for admins. So this means, less time fussing with coding and more time researching human ways to drive initiatives and productivity.

What do you dislike about the product?
At this time there hasn’t been much that I dislike as far as partnerships; if I had to dig for opportunities I would say the Functionality to make learning paths prerequisites to other learning paths.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo has helped us with our onboarding experience; our fail to start candidates have dropped significantly due to the ease of use of the portal; In addition, our overall engagements scores have increased due to contribution levels in the portals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the opportunity to revisit your content when you’re planning to transition; the start up support is next level and will take 4 hours a week worth of independent set up homework - before you know it... you’re all set!

The admin side is a little clunky. Reporting is not really customizable and leaves a lot to be desired.

Docebo is responsive and flexible. It gives us a contemporary look with a user-friendly interface for our learners.

Reporting flexibility is far below what I was anticipating when we bought the LMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flexible, contemporary learning that is reliable. Our users are not tech types by any stretch of the imagination, but they find Docebo attractive and easy to use. It definitely facilitates their learning.

Great product, but keep on them about strengthening their reporting features. I'm not quite sure they understand what flexible reporting is.
An economic product with many good characteristics.
What do you like best about the product?
We love how modern your user experience is. It is not as clumsy or ugly as the others. Reporting to him is simply amazing. Docebo is constantly updated with the new learning trends and the factors that intervene in the development of functions. The price of your current model is excellent. Even your free trial version makes a lot of sense. The translation is simple to do, updated with the latest trends in the market. I love everything this tool has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like when I use this tool: its technical documentation. The irony of this is that your documentation does not exactly match what is happening in real life. For a cloud-based learning management, it's really great to have it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is used the Brandastic for all learning, since Docebo increases the motivation of employees to learn. Docebo allows me to offer online courses to all employees of the company, on topics of interest such as sales, marketing and others. Best of all, it has interfaces for video conferencing and can track courses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Docebo adapts very well to all those companies that need to constantly update themselves on problems, such as sales or technology, because through this tool you can update your person on specific topics. It is a very didactic tool: it can make videoconferences, chat and forums. It also allows you to evaluate the skills and knowledge of your employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Using the Central Repository makes updating and versioning content efficient and being able to quickly see which courses the content resides in is a reassurance that all the content will push to all the courses listed with easy access to add additional courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some constraints for the superadmin to search or sort the course catalog list. Also when reviewing a report to see which courses or learning plans are included in the report, there's no way to see the selected titles easily and it requires scrolling through many pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deploying training to extended enterprise using SFDC integration. We have audiences for Internal, Partner and Customer training. Creating home pages for each audience is beneficial for a personalized look and feel by audience or business unit.

Consider the integration options Docebo can offer (SalesForce, Linkedin Learning, Lynda.com).
