What do you like best about the product?
Essy to use.While SugarCRM has evolved over the years, many find the latest UI improvements to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. It can be a relief compared to some of its more cluttered or less intuitive competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is quite high for small businesses. Once you start adding features and integrations, the cost adds up quickly. We felt like we were paying for features we didn't fully use
