What do you like best about the product?
Process St keeps track of tasks for me so I don't have to - I love that I can schedule all my regular tasks whether they're daily, weekly or annual. PS automatically generates my to-do list and all I have to do is follow it, no worries about missing or forgetting anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hardly any downsides but I find the collaborative element a bit difficult, I mainly use it solo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sole business owner I have a large number of regular tasks to complete every day, week, month, quarter and year, there are so many that it's hard to keep track with simple lists and some have severe consequences if I miss a deadline. Using PS schedules to create checklists means I never miss a task

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Process Street for work as it helps me to follow the processes easily without forgetting anything.
I'm currently in the onboarding phase of a new role and I think Process Street is very useful for tracking the different processes for each induction topic I need to learn.

The fact that we can tick the boxes when we've completed a task makes it clear where we left off and where we can pick up again without getting lost and looking for which task we left off on.

The interface is user friendly and also easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, I did not see anything wrong
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on track of my onboarding and getting things done on time

What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement would be offering more formatting options within tasks to enhance clarity and customization for different workflow needs. For example, changing the size of images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street is solving several key operational problems for us—mainly around consistency, accountability, and efficiency in task management and onboarding. By turning repetitive processes into standardized workflows, it ensures that nothing falls through the cracks and that every team member follows the same high-quality steps. This has reduced errors, saved time, and made training new employees much faster and more reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
You can create great Automation Steps and send email reminders as well as in MS Teams. It has an option to create WF through AI which is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option to use calculated values

Task Automations and Email Reminders so employees will not miss the deadlines

it helps me include everything within my work flow if well defined from the start, even if i am about to forget.
What do you dislike about the product?
it shows process that had not reach the stage that i suppose to take any action and it is shown as delayed on my side, despite the fact that other stakeholders did not do their part yet

it helps me make sure that my process will not skip any part without being fully accomplished

How helpful Process Street in 2020 Builders

What do you like best about the product?
2020 Builders uses Process Street in all aspect in our organization from hiring, building process and close outs of land. This software is a really big help in organizing task using the automation. We use this software to our day to day task. Their customer service is always available whenever there is a problem and gives concrete solutions. The ease of implementation helps all of my colleagues to use the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to its uses and it requires a lot to edit one automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street helps our organization a lot by making a repetitive long task more manageable, make work more easily done and have an easy access to it.

Would I use Process Street in my next role?

What do you like best about the product?
It's available on the cloud and their marketing team sends regular emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used it for over 2 years.

My colleagues and I have frustration at times when it didn't work on Chrome (meaning cannot log in) but it worked on Edge. Maybe it might be caused by my firm's IT department, I do not know.

I have seen too many times when I tried to save data and didn't but showed the message that it has let Process St know. Most days it saves.

When I mistype a word, it shows the autocorrection and even though I select the correct spelling, it doesn't replace it so I have to type it again.

The most annoying thing to me is the inability to create a step which contains text but if I want to add attachments or a screenshot, I have to create a separate step instead of bundling into one step.

I hope for my sake, all the above is just happening to me.

Again, it might be my computer system but I cannot be sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It presents a collection of steps to follow when onboarding new clients.

My employer set the system up so I have to follow it. That is the benefit.
