Spotfire combines adaptability, strength, and user-friendliness
What do you like best about the product?
After watching Spotfire turn complicated data into powerful visual stories, I was stunned. It’s not enough to have visually appealing graphics; I can also be able to intuitively navigate your audience through the material. Recently, I worked with a retail client to build an interactive dashboard, the dashboard showed customer behavior in various areas, the buyer could quickly narrow down their search by location, category or date range with one click. It was as if the numbers came to life. Customers are able to interact with data and obtain information independently, which is very useful when we inform them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some adjustments are needed to manual if you want to use more complex models in R or Python. This isn't a major issue, but it would be wonderful if future updates included more native integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spotfire has completely transformed the way we show data to customers. As part of a data analysis project for a large client, we had to build an interactive panel so the client could look at the data and find their own ideas. The client renewed his contract after being delighted with the data interaction capabilities. Projects involving experts from different parts of the world have greatly benefited from the platform’s real-time collaboration capabilities, which have improved communication among team members.
