What do you like best about the product?
I have been working with Salesforce Cloud since the beginning of my career in various companies. I really appreciate the level of tracking and the customized developments that are possible with the platform, tailored to different use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to improve the user interface to make it more user-friendly, similar to HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full available integration and customization. Great tracking of sales and financial results.

Customizable tool but loading times are not the best

Ability to create usable reports across different stages of sales team and extrapolate results
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading times when I want to look into a record, and lack of autorefresh.

Helps with forecast and update of records. Customizable for our sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
it helps a lot for lead generation along with marketing and simplfying billing options.

it is little bit complex for all the non tech people in corporate world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is helping me a lot to remmber my sales followups and background information of any lead along with pending billings as well.it is playing an important role in improving marketing skills andsales process.

We organized customer data in salesforce and we can export that in excel for our internal use.

If we can export the data with respect to opportunity ID - that would be great.

Everything in the tech world would be void without cloud. And specifically about salesforce cloud is the freedom of custom development for each company needs and scalability of the cloud.

Great Analytics Sales Dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to create multiple dashboards per sections created, making shareable links for these and just having all the connected CRM information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Might have a learning curve due to its advanced capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the information in one place and collaborating with the team to be able to do bulk updates.
Not a smooth ride, but starting to level out
What do you like best about the product?
Familiar and consistent format and function, history of activity visible, integration with ServiceCloud and MarketingCloud
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation was not smooth and cost a great deal more than quoted, customer support has not always been stellar, requires a ton of customizations to do basic functions around ACV calculations, SaaS subscription management is not always easy to show correctly. Everything requires customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of leads and opportunities has made a big difference in our organization and the ability to have a true account management structure.

Salesforce provides all the tools needed in a CRM to manage your sales pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be limited by the configuration that your organization has set up.
