Great Platform and Great Team
What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate the platform's robust capabilities and the customer-centric approach of the Zluri team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit steep, but this is expected from a comprehensive SaaS management solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri allows us to consolidate all employees from different Identity Providers into one place, understand their SaaS app usage, and manage attached licenses effectively. We are excited about setting up workflows soon.
Excellent customer service in a tricky field
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is great. The cost optimization product is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The on/off-boarding automation is not useful due to the long list of manual tasks that must be accompished. Also have to consistently update user mappings makes it feel like I spend more time managing this portal than just doing it directly in the desired applications itself.

Zluri has improved the way we handle service management in the company by organising contracts and license management, and identifying unauthorised IT usage.

Unfortunately, not all services offer robust APIs that provide all the necessary information, which often results in some manual work. Nevertheless, the Zluri team is always here to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri created a clear visualisation of the app directory within the company and simplified the subscriptions/contracts workflow.

All-in-one platform for SaaS management
What do you like best about the product?
Zluri offers a comprehensive all-in-one platform for SaaS management. The Zluri team's responsiveness and adaptability during the implementation phase was particularly impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The true value of Zluri is unlocked when integrating a wide range of applications. This was not always feasible for us due to different reasons. For example, some integrations required an Enterprise pricing plan for the respective apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri gave us a better understanding of our application stack, uncovering shadow IT, and helped us build a contract and licence management process.

They provide a clear outline of the time committment to implement their product and what to expect from their team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations not available for one of our primary platforms (Rippling) . There seemed to be a lag in getting our contracts uploaded initially but once it was addressed the team took action and got it down within the time frame that was promised.

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri helps organizations manage their entire SaaS stack from a single platform. It provides visibility into all the SaaS applications in use, helping identify redundancies and manage licenses more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The effectiveness of Zluri relies heavily on accurate data. If the data inputted is incomplete or incorrect, it can lead to inaccurate insights and reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Like any SaaS management system, Zluri allows you to optimize and automate the licensing process and reduce costs associated with service usage. The system features a user-friendly and intuitive interface. The support team is highly responsive and actively works to help users. The number of integrations is extensive, but due to the specificity of certain products, some may currently be missing from the list of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the number of integrations is extensive, there is a need for even greater support for service integrations to accommodate a wider range of specific products.

Cost optimization and assistance in integrating new services that Zluri does not yet support.
