Sage Intacct works well for our organization

What do you like best about the product?
Interface is pleasant and it's easy to use most functions
What do you dislike about the product?
The support. We have such a hard time getting in touch with the correct people when we have issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We of course require accounting software to manage our business. We've enjoyed Intacct except for the support.
