What do you like best about the product?
The ability for myself or my sales team to immediatly get critical information about prospects is unmatched with ZoomInfo. From updated information, Intent data, company scoops, job updates, and even recommendations on who will respond, this tool has saved us time and increased revenue. This tool provided us with a 3x ROI last year and is positioned to do better this year. It is very easy to implement and integrate within your CRM (we use hubspot). Our customer support team ranged from basic to specialist that will help you fully implement the tool. We will use this everyday moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most annoying thing is that you cannot have shared product lines across the various ZoomInfo suite of tools. If you have intent in marketing it does not translate over to sales and vice versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo Sales increased our outreach connection rates by over 3x and decreased our speed to lead. We are able to reach more prospects in less time with more accuracy. This ensures our sales team's time is fully utilized and we are always able to connect with others inside the buying committee.
