Mostly accurate and extremely helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Zoom Info has an export as contact or export as lead feature that makes it easy to add information directly into the CRM you use. The information is correct a majority of the time and had been able to help me get people on the phone and have a list of names at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information for companies can be sparse, and occasionally wrong or outdated information is listed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of being able to name-drop department names, job titles, and people's names has gave me a benefit in my selling. Sometimes I will make a call and the number is wrong or disconnected, but I know ZoomInfo doesn't necessarily have control over how fast the public information is updated.
Very helpful. Wade introduced many features that I was not utilizing before our call.

What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable point for me is the contact information: e-mails, direct phones, mobile phones, and the number of HQ. You can find also a LinkedIn profile and sometimes additional e-mails (generally the personal email). Moreover, you can understand the structure of the company and use the search tools by location, title, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nevertheless, ZoomInfo is a powerful tool; sometimes, I can't find information about the account and its employees. For example, I noticed more than 2,000 employees, but ZoomInfo provides information about only 500 employees. However, I totally recommend its tool for all salespeople because you can find a lot about your future potential customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is a lack of information about your account. You can find only the HQ phone numbers and e-mail, but you should find direct and mobile phone numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
It has so many ways to gather information on leads as well as find competitors within the same realm. I think having contacts previous jobs and or position is a major help in connecting with the person or like I mentioned finding new connections and or leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how some are out of date and that makes it difficult to be efficient while using it for calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm skipping the "gatekeeper" stage which is just the worst. I immediately find a contact and save so much more time than the cold calling way that we've been using prior.
ZoomInfo is awesome, and Wade Zarosinski's training was even better!
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is just the tool we were looking for, as we are expanding our US presence - it allows us to efficiently and effectively locate the companies and contact that precisely match our search criteria. Wade provided our team with training over multiple sessions - he is sharp, agile, knowledgeable, and always had the answers to our (many) question - which were always delivered with a smile!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike - this product is great.
It would be good if ZoomInfo would consider supporting more advanced search queries - similar to Jira's JQL. This however is a nice to have.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom info allows us to seamlessly laser-focus on the market segments and potential partners that are most relevant to our company.
Great sales and marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
What's most helpful about Zoom is the ability to target specific companies and contacts in various industries. The ability to filter by job title, function, department etc. makes exporting lists a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each user of the platform is only gven 1000 credits per month. The downside is that when users export a list, you are not always guaranteed to receive a lead's email so credits are being used without getting the required information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problems of having to purchase leas lists from 3rd party agencies which are not always guaranteed to be accurate or have "clean" emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how ZoomInfo and Discover.org merged capabilities because having the company highlights, as well as updated contacts via the search has been an absolute game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
At time the contact information is out of date, or the person is no longer at the company. If there was a way to double-check or cross reference with LinkedIn that would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving smart sales prospecting, as well understanding which accounts to prioritize based on alerts I have flagging certain types of initiatives. This saves me time and effort, as well as helps me to import the data where I need it via the integrations.

This is a great tool if you are a "Hunter" and are looking for companies in a specific industry, and contacts within those companies.
